I think actually that what you're talking about may be the M & M conference–the mortality and morbidity conference. It isn't a "hearing" in a judicial sense, and it is attended by hospital personnel in that specialty, not a "board," but it's a way problems that have arisen may be discussed by the staff and things altered to prevent similar problems from arising in the future. Sometimes it's just an unusual presentation that's discussed, so that staff are educated to consider that diagnosis.

Very easy to do
First, look at the middle of the neck from the headstock. Put your finger on the 1st fret and another finger on the 12th fret.
You now have a perfect straight line. The clearance in the middle of the neck should be about 1/16" between the string and the fingerboard.
-Now, loosen the 2 middle strings only…
-Now, if their is more than 1/16" spacing string and fingerboard, you will have to tighten the truss rod 1/4 turn clockwise.
-now retune the 2 middle strings and check the clearance. if it still needs more, give it another 1/4 turn. That should do it.
Now , if the string is bowed and the strings are touching in the middle, then you will follow the same procedure except, you will turn the truss rod counter-clockwise. Keep turning 1/4 until you get that clearance and always, tune the guitar before checking.
That's it…
Note, that after a few days of playing and applying pressure, recheck the neck. It sometimes needs a slight adjustment.

The samsung cameras are really good. I had one which was digimax S500 and I took really good pictures, but I took it to Mexico on a mission trip and it got wet so it stopped working. I bought the latest version which was the digimax S630 in green, but the screen broke. I have an HP camera now and I dont really like it, my mom has a digimax S630 in silver and Im always taking it. They are like $100 but they take 2 AA batts, I have the energizer rechargable though. But for like $150 I think they have some that have the recharable battery. I really like those cameras, I've had plenty of cameras and that one has great quality, you can also choose the option when taking a pic that it flashes twice so you cant blink. I took pictures last year at prom a couple months before it got wet in Mexico and I got them printed out at Costco and they looked great. I really love those cameras, I hope I can get the screen on my green one fixed before I go on my trip to Sydney this July.

When you close the account you just list where the amounts are being transferred to with a description. For example:
Brock Co. purchased 3 years of insurance on Jan 1, 20X1 for $3000. On Dec. 31, 20X1, it was determined that no insurance expense had been recorded.
The adjusting entry would be:
debit insurance expense 1000
—credit prepaid insurance 1000
To adjust for insurance used during 20X1
To close insurance expense to income summary the entry would be:
debit income summary 1000
—credit insurance expense 1000
To close insurance expense to income summary
If no adjusting entry is necessary you just record the above entry to close the account out.
