the Constitution grants the president with full and final authority over the nations military powers. And we can’t forget the percentage of the public as well as Congressmen who were in favor of the war after 9/11. And further more this man who is a “guest” at this committee hearing is clearly out of line.

Boarding at 1,000 a month in IL is not uncommon. I am assuming you are near rockford/ chicago area. You should be able to find a bit cheaper, but the facilities will not be as nice.

Everything BUT the boarding is about $2,000 a year, provided there is no emergencies. Take that and add 12 months board- for you at $1000, that would be 14k total. For me ($330 a month board in central WI) it is about $5000 a year.

Horse- definately lease one or take lessons if you have never ridden regularly before. They are big and can be dangerous if allowed to get away with things. A good, well broke older horse (get one with a lot of trail/show miles that is at least 10 for your first horse- preferably beginner safe) Price:$2000+.

Saddle- anywhere from 200-15,000 depending on the quality and type. My dressage saddle- $600 new, my jumping- $300 bought used (new is $1000), and my western saddle- $250 new. saddle blanket- 20-50.
Bridle- prices vary in quality/brand, but you can find a plain one for $60-$100. Bit: usually 20-30.

    Grooming supplies- $50ish. halter-$25

Blanket (not needed, but usually useful) is $50-$200.

Well first there are no trains that goes to the cambodian border. Second, if you took a bus you need to take at least two different buses to get to the camodian border. Third, you can take a train to NongKai then a bus, but if your in Bangkok don't you think that would cost more. A Tourist Visa cost about 1900 baht for 60 days and then you can request an additional 30 days at immigrations.

posted by: Bill Kammerer Amplify’d from http://www.creators.com Obama’s Economy — Running Out of Excuses Two and a half years into the Obama presidency, why does the economy still sputter? The first and most popular line of defense, of course, remains to blame it on the George W. Bush administration. Pundits like CNN’s Fareed Zakaria falsely attribute the current $1.5 trillion deficit to the “Bush tax cuts,” while Obama puts the “cost” at $70 billion a year. MSNBC’s Ed Schultz asserts that “98 percent of you” were not affected by the cuts, an odd argument considering that Obama supports extending the Bush-era rates for the very 98 percent that Schultz claims received no benefit. Others blame the “costly” wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. But the average annual cost of the wars — as well as the “cost” of the Bush tax cuts for the rich — come to no more than 20 percent or so of the deficit. When considering the “cost” of the Iraq War, critics never compare it to the “cost” of another 9/11 or…
