Sacconi è uno di quelli che 10 anni fa fantasticava sull’economia della conoscenza, dell’intrattenimento e del tempo libero e sulla fine del lavoro. Per anni i soliti quattro negri sottoposti ad ogni tipo di pernacchia (De Cecco, Gallino, …) sostenevano che elevare il grado di istruzione medio senza intervenire sulla struttura produttiva con adeguate politiche industriali avrebbe creato una massa di lavoratori over-skilled. But…. the real question is… how much is the gain???
Technically, there's 2 methods:
1. Tax the entire cash amount (usually a relatively small amount so it's "immaterial" to pay the tax on that entire small amount).
2. You should have received information from the company on how to convert the old shares to the new shares and to allocate the old cost to the new shares.
- Technically, there Is a small amount of cost allocated to the cash shares, IF you want to spend the time to figure out the allocation method, to save you some (Small and immaterial amount) of taxable gain!

As of right now, I’m not aware if it does. In the future I could see it mattering to advertisers if YouTube displayed that rating system to them. Not every company wants to advertise with videos that have sexual content or graphic content. From a viewer stand point as well this could be implemented into YouTube Safety to help block videos that are inappropriate.
