Just ask them to write a letter that's not specific. Most recommendations are meant to be used at multiple schools anyways. This would only really matter if they have connections at those grad schools.

I hear that Canon is the best digital camera, but I personally have a Nikon digital camera. I like it fine, except the shudder speed slows drastically when I turn the flash off. Not sure why that is.

The digital transition is only legislated for over-the-air (OTA) TV broadcasts. Your cable company does not have to change the way they broadcast TV signals to your home on their cable networks. So if you subscribe to basic cable, your analog broadcasts will continue the same way after Feb/09 as they do today. You just won't be able to pick-up OTA signals without a digital TV or without a digital converter box connected to an analog TV.

Like any other software, you need to know HOW to USE it…NONE of these programs are automatic..in otherwords, you don't push a button and hope for the best..it takes a lot of time, talent and dedication. Anyone passionate enough to learn, can, however.
