The ivy league is an east coast football league of private colleges. It doesn't necessarily mean 'best college'. There are plenty of great colleges not a part of that league, like MIT, CalTech, Stanford, U Chicago, Berkeley, and more, that can outrank the ivies. There are other football leagues, but that's probably not what you're looking for. The only other academic league similar to the ivies is the Seven Sisters, seven top womens colleges (one went co-ed a few years back). The others are just really good schools.

That said, if you were using condoms from the same box and know you were using them correctly, call the manufacturer. Two condoms failing in the same batch due to manufacturing error (as opposed to user error) is extraordinarily uncommon and the batch of condoms you used may need to be subject to a recall.

The biggest cause of condom failure remains to be user error, however, by a complete landslide when compared to manufacturer's defect. If you're not using added lube with your condoms, start. Make sure to open condom wrappers carefully with your fingers, and to pinch a reservoir on them as you roll them on carefully with your fingers and not your fingernails. Never use the same condom for more than one sex act, and never use the same condom in multiple body parts (don't use the same condom for vaginal and oral sex, for example).
