Ashley, I think what you're referring to is a case of medical malpractice where a physician has deviated from the standard of care. This is a civil proceeding in the US where there are four matters that the plaintiff must prove by a preponderance of the evidence in order to secure a claim.

It's hard to know unless you know more about the genes. It could be a dominant trait that was passed to you but not your siblings, or a recessive trait that your siblings would have, too, but is not obvious in them. My sister has something that my grandmother has, but no one else does – not mt grandmother's siblings, my dad's siblings OR any of my other siblings or my cousins. DNA can be strange like that so it really is hard to tell who may or may not have certain genetic traits.

You’re really beautiful!They look so big and old fashioned,like the old NHS analogues from years ago.I have 2 danalogic 6 aids;they look much neater.Shaped to fit the space behind my ear.I’m proud to use h.aids; they add to my deaf identity.Mine are blue and my moulds are blue 2,so it’s not a question of making the aids invisible. These siemens look bulky and not streamlined.Glad they work for u though.

I’m a hearing practitioner, we only test to 8000Hz, and that’s extremely high pitched. You may be mistaken with your numbers.

Wait, I grew up in Israel and heard about this in the mid 90s. The problem is that cell phones are so important to our daily lives that we can’t give them up. I think the headset thing should become mandatory though (mandatory to provide and wear), since its only about the distance between the phone and the head.

This is such a wonderful video to have up for other people to see, I have a four year old daughter who needs hearing aids and is getting them on Tuesday, myself and my husband were upset for her and for what she was missing out on, but when I came across this video it made me cry but also made me feel better, now I can’t wait for my daughter to get her hearing aids and to listen what she has been missing out on!
