Bernanke Avoids Pledging Action Even as Outlook ’Uncertain’
Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke signaled that signs of deeper economic weakness would be needed to justify additional monetary stimulus, even as he said an “unusually uncertain” outlook for growth.

Affirmative action is wrong and immoral. Black people support it becuse they are the one who benefit from it at the expense of all others.

Divide the error by the measurement itself, then if you like you can multiply by 00 to get a percentage. The units don't matter.

Your three have errors of 0.1%, 0.25%, and 10%. I'll let you decide which is the biggest :)

I had a "bad" feeling about all the talk about Bernanke and the "controversy" over his reappointment.
I never doubted he would get it, but it was like WHY are they making it sound so "close" to NOT reappointing him.
You would think that with ALL the disastrous failures by Obama and Congress with this economy, they would want to get someone who "might" bring a fresh approach.
Haven't heard or read anything about the whistleblower yet, so it may not have been made public.
I don't need to see that anyway, since I somehow believe the Dems and Repubs are in this "together".

  10. Star Says:

It depends – are you the plaintiff or the defendant? I assume you are the defendant.

You cannot file an interpleader – that would only be the option for a third person/entity who is not currently a party to the lawsuit and wants to be a party to the lawsuit.

    You have two options:
    1. File a complaint for breach of contract and declaratory relief (and ask for the two actions to be consolidated); OR
    2. File a cross-complaint for breach of contract (you have a contract with the insurance company) and declaratory relief.

In either option, you have to determine whether there is diversity of citizenship between the parties (everyone is a citizen of a different state and for the insurance company – its place of incorporation or principal place of business is in a different state) and if $75,000 or more is at stake OR whether there is a federal question (which is unlikely). If you choose option 2, you definitely need to make sure there is diversity of citizenship between the current parties to the litigation and this new party you want to add. If adding this new party destroys the diversity of citizenship (assuming that's how this case was originally brought to federal court), then the case can be sent to state court.

Hillary says African economies well placed to benefit more from AGOA LUSAKA, June 10 (Xinhua) — The 2011 African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) forum concluded here on Friday with U. S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton pledging the economies of Africa are well placed to benefit even more form the arrangement in the coming years. Speaking at the closing ceremony of the two-day forum, Hillary said in the past decade, Africa’s exports to the United States have quadrupled to 4 billion U. S. dollars, not counting oil. The growth in trade over the past decade is an accomplishment worth celebrating, both because of what it has meant for the people of Africa, and because of what it says about the possibilities that lie ahead, she said. “Today Africa is in a strong…

Thanks for answering my question! Well, I'm not a psychology major, but I've taken 2 pych classes (personal psych and child psych) and I never heard about any disorder or condition that's anything like what you are describing here so I searched the internet and this is what I found:

"If in our pasts we were bullied, taken advantage of or treated badly by people then most likely that all of these mixed feelings will be loaded in our minds when we see people similar to those who treated us badly."

So basically that means that there was someone (or some people) in your past who acted like you or had similar personality traits to you, and they hurt you somehow, and this is a defense mechanism so you won't get hurt again.

My other guess (non scientific guess) is that maybe you're scared of finding people who are similar to you because you are afraid of rejection, kind of like low self esteem. Or you don't feel "worthy" of talking to someone who shares the same interests as you because then you might actually be happy. Does that make sense?

Yeah, well that's the best I can do. The link on the bottom is where the information that is in quotes.

FYI sometimes I tend to fear people in general because I'm afraid of rejection. It's not a huge problem, like I'm not afraid to go outside, but I am REALLY shy. Best of Luck.

Signed and completed, the checklist for Skyward Sword reads that it’s a Zelda game. The pact it makes with motion controls is a brave one, and luckily it avoids the pitfalls so many others have fallen down. But just because it does something new and stays within the confines of Zelda design does not allow it to rely on nostalgia for easy praise

It’s dangerous to throw titles like “world’s thinnest” and “world’s lightest” around at events like CES — what was a record breaker on Tuesday morning has a tendency to look a bit portly by Wednesday afternoon. But, never mind the caution, here comes Toshiba pledging both the thinnest and the lightest 10.1-inch tablet and 13.3-inch Ultrabook (though that latter one could just be referring to the Portege Z835 we’ve already reviewed). We’ll have to wait a few days for any further details, though. The company is also promising to show off an OLED reference tablet with waterproof construction and wireless power plus a 55-inch QFHD television with glasses-free 3D. No world records there, but it should be quite a looker. Even though quite a few may find it not easy to believe, most people in Canada work out quite hard for their money. Many people even have three jobs as a way to get sufficient money to survive in this place. On the other hand, Canada is able to provide a great number of work places meant for qualified personnel, so people residing there currently have a significant variety of jobs from which they can pick. However, numerous immigrants work as taxi driver operators or even janitors even if they’re highly prepared, therefore filling in positions which are thought to be undesirable by the majority of Canadians. Even though it might not seem so, these kinds of jobs are generally well paid due to the fact that nobody demands them. Even though …Toronto real estate, condos for sale, buying a condo
