Downtown? I don't think so.. not good at all. Boulder City is pretty far if you plan on working in Las Vegas. Newer Henderson (Green Valley, Seven Hills, Anthem) and Summerlin are some of the better areas. Old Henderson is not good. Stay in the south, southwest or west.
