My kid went to the doctor yesterday with very similar symptoms and that's what they diagnosed for her. The pollen count is so high (here anyway) that people not normally bothered are having major problems with it. Good luck. * the drainage backs up and fills your sinus cavities badly when you sleep which can cause major ear pain. I'd try a steamy hot shower and a good dose of some type sinus medication. Recently, they think that I may have an autoimmune diesease and we ahd almost thought i could have been menieres disease but It isn't supposedly. I will not be able to wear a hearing aid on my left ear thought because it is completely deaf but I have the Baha hearing aid that required a surgery (bone anchored). But overall this is where Im at right now (continued) for a month so we found a really good audiologist and we’ve done multiple tests to figure out what was really wrong.
