Mini pineapple upside down cakes
1 can pineapple rings
1/4 C brown sugar
1 TB butter softened
Maraschino cherries (optional)
1 Can refrigerator biscuits
In a small bowl, mix softened butter and brown sugar.
Spray a muffin pan with non stick spray
In each cup of the muffin pan, place one pineapple ring, and one maraschino cherry in the center (if using)
Evenly distribute the sugar mixture in each muffin cup

It's hard to find such equipment, since it's better for you to install a car stereo which can support music player itself, that's the fastest way! I'm using an Eonon head unit, it can play the music as well as hand-free calling. Very nice unit!

Well obviously its important because if you couldnt communicate effectively, people wouldnt understand you or they can misinterpret you and do a shitty job.
effective negotiation in the workplace would be, well, getting what you want, most times to get what you want requires that people like you to some degree, so when they like you and you look out for there interests they will in turn look out for yours as well. if you are a self serving indulgent you have very little negotiating power, nobody wants to help you if nothing is in it for them. Give and invest now so you can reap the rewards tomorrow, thats how you negotiate.Also make your limits known as to what youll accept and what you wont accept, in a calmly assertive manner, so people know they cant fuck with you, then you will avoid uneeded negotiations for people getting what they want from you, let them know right off the bat-this is off limits even if you have to manipulate to get your needs met.

New regulations are in place. You must have a health certificate within 10 days of crossing the boarder from a vet. Also the appropriate shots. To be on the safe side I suggest you check with the authorities on this. A little extra work will be worth not being able to cross the boarder.

Covanta sells its 27% stake in Quezon Power to EGCO of Thailand. EGCO already owns a 26.2% share in the coal-fired unit that has a long term sales agreement with MERALCO.
The deal is for $215 million but includes the Covanta subsidiary that has the O&M contract for the plant. By the seat of my pants, I’m estimating the equity value of the O&M company at $15 million (maybe closer to $20 million depending on length of contract), bringing the price paid for the plant share to $200 million, roughly.
At a total plant capacity of 460 MW, this would value the plant at $1,610/kW.
As points of reference, the following NPC plants were auctioned earlier (along with my estimated sale price per kW – depends on the kW’s one assumes):

omg….ok the only way to get aids that way is if you have a cut on your hand that was gushing out blood and you touched the red stuff with that cut and smothered it all over and in that cut. you cannot get aids just by touching it. if you're having sex with someone and switch bodily fluids, that's one way to get it. as long as it doesnt get into your blood system, you're fine. just wash your hands with soap and warm/hot water and sing the whole ABCs before you rinse!
