BROKEN BUCS ’79 PLAYERS FROM FAME TO PAIN

BROKEN BUCS ’79 PLAYERS FROM FAME TO PAIN
They were two seasons removed from a 26-game losing streak that made them a national laughingstock. And if you listened to preseason predictions, the 1979 Tampa Bay Buccaneers weren’t going to be anything special.

If you have a house that was built in the 80 or older most likely none of the devices will have grounds. If one of the boxes is metal just ground it to that. Back then they just used the neutral as a means of grounding.

Can’t deny when the cannons go off from the Bucs ship it’s a masterpiece. To bad The Raiders haven’t tried to get their own pirage ship but when you have Al Davis as the owner who still thinks 5 wins is productive what do you expect. The fans likely get more enjoyment out seeing the raiders cheerleaders dance, than the football team.

Human medication should not be given to your cat because doses vary alot between humans and animals.

I suggest you consult your local vet and he/she will probably prescribe you some anti-inflammatory medication and these can be either steroidal (eg. prednisolone) or non-steroidal (eg. metacam, carprofen etc). Both these classes of drugs work pretty well with cats as long as you follow the dosing regime advised by the vet. Also, these medication should not given long-term as side effects can develop.

I think it's also best that your vet checks the wound on your cat – i assume those are cat fight wounds, and decide if oral/topical antibiotics (or even sutures) are required.

    Good luck!

Source: http://www.sbnation.com – Thursday, March 24, 2011 The pace continues at a nice clip with our pick at No. 20. A job well done by Bringin’ the Wood(ley) . Many thanks! Next up: the Kansas City Chiefs, represented by Wichita Sun Steeler. – Michael B. – ************** Since 2008, the Bucs have had 22 draft picks. 10 of those 22 were starters in 2010, most notably led by Josh Freeman, Mike Williams, and Gerald McCoy. In the 2010 draft, Tampa bay drafted Gerald McCoy (DT, Oklahoma) and Brian Price (DT, UCLA) in the first two rounds, in an attempt to shore up a defense that had become a sieve in recent years. Their draft was rather heavy defensively, but they also had a chance to get two targets for budding QB Josh Freeman, with Arrelious Benn in the 2nd and Mike Williams in the 4th round, who finished the season with 65 rec, 963 yds, and 11TDs. The Buccaneer’s biggest needs for the 2011 season come down to DE, OL, and LB, in no particular order. They invested heavily at the DT position…

Post : How Mobile TV Could Finally Find an Audience URL : Posted : April 13, 2011 at 11:00 am Author : Colin Gibbs Tags : Cisco, Mobile DTV, mobile tv, Mobile Video, MobiTV, Open Mobile Video Coalition, Qualcomm Categories : Uncategorized (http://gigaom.com/mobile/how-mobile-tv-could-finally-find-an-audience-2/watching-mobile-tv/) The mobile-video hype machine switched on again this week with the National Association of Broadcasters’ annual trade show in Las Vegas, where the Open Mobile Video Coalition (OMVC) is once again pushing its mobile DTV effort. The group, which consists of 900 stations throughout the country, said 73 stations in 33 markets are now transmitting mobile DTV signals for on-the-go users, and many more deployments are slated for the next year. Those kinds of claims may spark a sense of déjà vu in those who watched several players rush to build out nationwide mobile video networks a few years ago, only to see them all fail. But mobile DTV backers claim their technology’s low overhead is the differentiator: Deployments require only a transmitter affixed to an existing tower, according to the OMVC, and can be launched by TV stations for a one-time fee of less than $100,000 or annual payments of roughly $10,000. Costs notwithstanding, though, there’s precious little evidence that users actually want to watch traditional TV broadcasts on their phones; there’s even less evidence that they’ll pay for it. But rather than trying to resurrect the Sony (s sne) Watchman, as my colleague Stacey Higginbotham puts it, those trying to monetize mobile video need to address some key challenges: 1) Mobile-optimized content and services. That doesn’t just mean repurposing video for the smaller screens of mobile phones, it also means on-demand functionality in addition to content that is programmed at specific times like traditional TV. MobiTV, for instance, has gained an impressive following by coupling on-demand content with live TV and optimizing it for mobile use. (It’s worth noting, though, that while MobiTV claims more than 10 million subscribers, the company has yet to discuss its finances and has taken in a staggering $100 million in funding.) 2) Bigger and better devices. Consumers are increasingly interested in larger phones with big, bright screens of four inches or more that deliver a far-superior viewing experience than smaller handsets. And the emerging tablet market is already stoking our appetite for mobile video, according to Cisco (s csco), which recently reported global mobile data traffic increased by a factor of 2.6 last year. 3) Advertising dollars. Consumers have historically been loath to pay extra for mobile video, so the key in creating viable business models will be in generating advertising revenues. And for those ads to be truly lucrative, they will have to be highly targeted based on location, time and the type of content being viewed, among other factors. When I started using Proactive I was pretty broken out but it didn't break me out any more when I first started using it, and for a few days to a week.. sometimes longer in some people it doesn't look like it's helping that much, but by week 2 of washing my face in the morning and before I went to sleep I started clearing up a lot and after I used it for a little longer my breakouts were pretty much gone, since I started I might get one or two occaisonally but that's about it.

I think some of the people (not all, just some) who say proactiv doesn't work only use it for a week and get tired of it because they think it's not working, but if you just stick it out.. for a lot of people, it works great.

    • ‘Now Luka is here and it’s all done, I’m delighted’ • Redknapp admits atmosphere against City ‘not right’ Harry Redknapp remains on edge over Luka Modric’s state of mind and has urged the playmaker to rediscover the form of last term and spark Tottenham Hotspur’s season. Modric scored for Croatia in their midweek victory over Israel and will start Saturday’s match at Wolves alongside the new signings Scott Parker and Emmanuel Adebayor. The 25-year-old Modric had become unsettled by Chelsea’s pursuit in the transfer window and had asked not to be picked against Manchester City in the final fixture before the deadline passed. Yet while he admired the determination of his chairman, Daniel Levy, to keep Modric, the manager was actually more inclined to accept a bid for the midfielder. Spurs travel to Molineux bottom of the table with their start to the campaign disrupted by the Modric issue and other players’ desire to leave the club. “Losing 5-1 to Manchester City in our last match…
