You need to keep accurate records when running a business. This will be your best defense if you ever get audited.
For IRS purposes, you need to make a profit every 3 out of 5 years to have the IRS prove that you are not running a business. Otherwise, it is up to you to prove that you are running a business and not doing a hobby. You can prove that you are running a business by keeping your business accounts and personal accounts separate.
You can write off any legitimate business expense including dinners with clients, car expenses, equipment, etc.
Having a separate checking account and credit card is a good idea. However, it isn't necessary. You can comingle your business and personal expenses using your personal accounts. But, if you do this, then it will be harder for you to prove that you are running a business.
For your revenues, you don't need a corporate account to make you deposits. You just need to make the deposits in your separate account that you use for business.

So what you are essentially trying to do is create a large social networking system that is fee based? I don't think it would be profitable given that:
1.) People network the most with people they already know and trust first
2.) This infrastructure already exists for free, in the shape of social networking communities online, directories, listings, publications, etc.

If you can afford the express pass, I would do it. August is still really busy at the theme parks. Universal starts to calm down towards the middle & end of September.
However I would buy it only for one of the days.
This way you can do all of the rides that use express pass on one day. You will then be free to do the other rides that do not use express pass and the shows on the other. The left over time on the first day you can reride some of the coasters if you wish.

If you have income, you will have a filing requirement as soon as your gross earnings from self-employment are $400 or more. The IRS functions on a you-know-you-had-it, so you-need-to-report-it. And the IRS will know–at least one of your events will generate a check for more than $600 and the payer will issue you a 1099-Misc. Fail to report the income and the audit gets very interesting….
The IRS doesn't care if the neighbors know, though they will share data with the state. (California routinely sends business license letters to anyone who filed a schedule C.)

Here is how events work.
First you'll go to the Gamestop with your DS and any of the Pokémon games you have (Diamond, Pearl or Platinum only however) then you can put the game into your DS, start the game up, select Mystery Gift from the game menu, select "Receive from Wireless" and the Wonder Card will be downloaded into your game.
Now to answer your other question. No, you cannot share the Wonder Card that gets downloaded unless it has been programmed to be sent over. You can only get 1 Wonder Card (in this case – 1 Shiny Pichu) per game file. The only way both you and your brother can get the Shiny Pichu is if you have Diamond, Pearl and/or Platinum. You have to have at least 2 of those if you both want the Shiny Pichu however if you only want it for the Spiky-eared Pichu that you get in "HeartGold" and "SoulSIlver" then you can just get the Shiny Pichu, have it interact with the shrine in Ilex Forest then trade it over to your brother and he can interact with the shrine in the Forest so you both can get the Spiky-eared Pichu.

1) Save the command in a file called "myTasks.bat" (using notepad for example) in C: drive.
Click Finish
2) Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Scheduled Tasks
3) Double click Add Scheduled Task, click Next
4) Click Browse, go look for that "myTasks.bat" and double click it
5) Choose daily, weekly, monthly, etc, Next
6) Set the "Start time", choose the day etc, set the date
7) Enter the username and password (if necessary), Next

WinRumors is reporting that Avatar Kinect will be released on July 27. According to the site, “company insiders familiar with Microsoft’s plans” have revealed that the Avatar-filled, Kinect-enabled virtual chat room will become part of Kinect Fun Labs next Wednesday.
The rumor jives with information Microsoft gave us at E3 last month, that indicated that Avatar Kinect was slated for July. There isn’t much July left at this point, so next week seems like a reasonable bet. We’ve contacted Microsoft for confirmation.
