Investment options:
1. Senior Citizen Scheme
2. 5 year FD in P.O. or Bank.
3. MIS in P.O.
4. Debt Funds from M.F.s
5. NSCs
6. PPF
You need not worry about tax saving options because the non-taxable income limit is Rs 2,25,000/-
Your 2nd Q is un-intelligent. Let your annual income increase far beyound Rs 2,25,000/-. You will pay tax 10 or 20%, but the rest 80 to 90% after tax is yours to enjoy.
If you are asking about investments u/s 80C, then some of the options listed above are eligible.

Barence writes “Remember how Dell put up a website declaring Ubuntu was safer than Windows, only to later change its mind? Well, the company has gotten right back into the Windows vs. Ubuntu debate with a highly sophisticated website arguing the pros and cons of each OS. People should choose Windows, argues Dell, if: they are already using Windows, are familiar with Windows, or are new to computers. People should choose Ubuntu if they’re interested in open-source programming. Brilliant.”

An ADJUDICATION hearing is a fact-finding process, the result of which is a decision that a delinquent act was or was not committed by the youth as alleged.
I don't know the adult equivalent.

I just answered your other question on this same subject
I said "If your mate is not listed in NZ telecom white pages ( ) then he may have a confidential or silent phone number. If he has just a mobile number they do not go into the phone book unless he wants too."
- – - – - -
You replied – "this person is listed in the new plymouth telephone directorory so GET REAL and do what I said Pete Molnar who lives in Bell Block in New Plymouth which is in tarananki in New Zealand. so please GET this number for me asap"
- – - – - –
Have YOU EVER been taught any MANNERS ?
In the phone book they list the phone number AND the address on a listing.
IF YOU TYPED IN HIS NAME ON WHITEPAGES.CO.NZ YOU WOULD COME UP WITH ::::::

I work in the movement field as a fight choreographer and I've worked with a lot of men and women in both Eastern and Western martial arts.
What exactly do you need to debate? You posted another question about strength. And this one seems more general about being superior physically – which can encompass many things – appearance, aesthetics, biology, health, skill, agility, strength, spacial awareness, ability to learn new physical skills, etc.
As for the strength aspect of things – I know from my training that strength is only part of what may be important in a fight. There's also the aspect of agility, stamina, quickness, reading subtle cues, etc. But the most important part is knowing HOW to use your body.
Strength is not always what we think it is. When I teach, sometimes I will do this demonstration for my students: I ask them to show me what it looks like to have a strong arm. They usually flex their biceps and tense their muscles.
I then have some of the bigger and "stronger" students come out to help with the demonstration. I have one of them hold their arm out straight while another one tries to bend their arm at the elbow. It may take some effort, but they can do it. But at the same time the volunteer trying to keep his arm straight is working hard, starting to perspire, getting tired, and using a lot of energy.
Then, I have them try to bend my arm (I'm pretty small – 5'4 115lb female.) I relax my arm and simply point at something in the room. They cannot bend my arm. Even when 2 or 3 work together. (You can try this, it works. It's pretty cool.)
Why? Because my muscles are lengthened with intention. I'm not expending energy tensing or shortening my muscles. In this demonstration – tiny me is stronger than 2-3 "strong" guys working together. They will tire out long before I do, after-all I'm just pointing.
"Strength" is not everything. I have dropped my male colleagues to the ground on numerous occasions – even though some are at least 6" taller and double my width. Again, it's knowing how the body works – where the center of gravity is, how people instinctively respond to certain things, knowing the weaknesses of human bodies, using your body in an efficient manner, etc.
I seriously dislike male vs female debates. However, if this is for a school debate and you want more information, just let me know, I'll try to help you out.

Conservatism has created more wealth and prosperity than ANY other system on the history of the world. It rests on property ownership , self reliance and a free market. The antithesis is communistic, which is covertness and forced subjection, which is evil. Gnome Chumpski was antithetical to Conservatism , so therefore he is evil. The end I win… next!!!

Mitt Romney’s decision to skip this summer’s Ames Straw Poll not only has major implications in the Iowa caucuses but is also a telling indication of the drastically different approach that the former Massachusetts governor is taking to his second bid for president.
On its face, Romney’s decision to skip Ames almost certainly means he will also be de-emphazing the Iowa caucuses since the straw poll has long been seen as a must-do for any candidate hoping to successfully court the state’s voters.
While Romney’s Iowa team insisted he would continue to visit the state and would appear at the Ames debate sponsored by Fox News Channel on Aug. 11, his decision isn’t likely to win him any support in the Hawkeye State.

The bank employee went into a performance review knowing it could be a disaster. But he was armed with a secret weapon: his BlackBerry. He used it to surreptitiously record the conversation with his boss. “Those dreads in your hair make you look like a thug,” the boss said on the recording, according to Johnny C. Taylor, past chairman of the Society for Human Resource Management and now president of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, which provides support for historically black colleges and universities. Taylor, who was called in to advise the company, says the boss also said: “We’d love you to speak proper English, not the jive you speak in the office.” The employee’s lawyer threatened to release the recording to the local media, and rather than risk adverse publicity and a potential lawsuit, the Midwest-based bank (which Taylor declined to identify) agreed to a six-figure settlement and the employee’s swift departure, says Taylor. Welcome to the brave new world of smartphone…
