If you want a first time, cheaper steak experience, try buying a bone-in T-bone or NY strip. though still cut from the same area, it is a smaller steak and will cost you less. No matter what you choose, do not, i reapeat, do not overcook your steak. You will end up with a chewy, charred piece of meat. You might as well have purchased carne asada or beef jerky if you overcook it. Keep it rare and make some baked potatos and a nice bottle of merlot to compliment the taste.

i once had a dog that got out and came home the next day with a broken front leg ,i got some PC pipe to use as a splint cut it in half . i bandaged the dogs leg up ,put her bandaged leg on the cut pc pipe and wrapped tape around her leg and the pipe making sure she couldn't bend it or get it off. i took her to the vet and showed him ,he said it was fine, ikeep her quiet and resting for 5-6 weeks . i took off the tape and pc and she was fine ,once she built up strengh in her leg she was back to normal.
