The City Council pays top dollar for advertising and then get nice reviews from the owner of the newspaper..
If City Council decided to use another newspaper or changed the medium [Internet] to advertise.
Then the newspaper will come out and say the mayor doesn't know what she/he doing ,their wasting tax payers money etc etc etc
    So everything stays the same.

You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours…lol

Well you say Marquez won this fight. Try scoring the fight for every round and you will see pacquiao won this match. Marquez seems dominating because his style of play have more composure, because he is a counter puncher, which makes him looks solid and steady in his ground. On the other hand, Pacquiao seems outbalanced most of the time, but he is connecting better punches that made Marquez knocked down

    Lot to answer there.
Fist off I don't have a college education , but as I work in the social services line caring for old peeps in a small rural community I can say that my experiences have shown me how much I have to be grateful for that I have my health and three great kids and there are many others who struggle on in difficult situations. This has led me to do a couple of certificate courses to further my knowledge and make me better at my job.

depends on what state you are in.Some states, they will take someone without a high school diploma for some courses
like remedial classes, but they can not go into some degree
programs. Some states, they will not admit you at all without a diploma.

  18. RUSerious Says:

it depends how many deductions you claim on your w-2, your status (married, single, head of house etc) if you claim one around 10 per federal then and possibly you have ss,state, disability, and city so around 20-25 percent in taxes.

  19. MISTY Says:

Hi Katy! I too am from Michigan and I can tell you that the commission on aging would love to have you help. They are always looking for helpers for the meals on wheels program. Also volunteer your time at any nursing home. The animal shelters appreciate volunteers too. Any county run organization will appreciate any time you could give them. Don`t forget about hospice and respite care for the home-bound/disabled people. Good Luck!

  25. erherr Says:

It really depends on how many of your credits transfer. Not all credits from the first community college will be equivalent to classes at the second community college. In this case, they would then become electives.

Also, many colleges require students to take a certain number of hours in their university to get the degree. The number of required hours will vary by school, though. They do this to prevent people from taking 99% of their classes at a separate university, transferring and taking 1% of their classes at THEIR institution and asking for a degree from them.

They won't say you can't transfer, but they may require you to take extra classes to make up for the requirement you need to take at their college.

The only way that I know of is through your Blackberry Desktop Software. If you don't have it already you should be able to download it here…

Open BB Desktop Manager, plug your BB into your PC via the USB and agree to connect when prompted. At this point it should ask if you want to create a backup of your device, which you can ignore for now. Next, click the Organizer tab in the left column and select the Yahoo data you want to sync by checking the box next to it and then click Configure Settings. On the dialog box verify you have the correct boxes checked to sync then click the OK button. Once this is done, click the Sync in the bottom right corner and the sync process will begin. When it is finished I would also suggest backing up your device.

To backup your device click the Device tab in the upper left corner and select Back Up. A status box will open showing the progress of your back up. Once it is complete you can exit through the Device tab and unplug your phone.

    Hope this helps!

Hopefully you don't have just a list of extra curricular activities, that just bores the admissions people. Make sure that your activities show you actually made a difference. If you were Editor of your school paper, what did you do differently? Did you increase income from advertising, improve editorials, or start a new section? Show why you stand out!
For community activities you might consider an internship (paid or unpaid) in a field you are interested in. Maybe working in the local library, an elder care facility, or even starting your own small business. With a lot of cities and counties having to reduce their workforce, you might find opportunities to help out in departments that are short-handed. Check out the "Government" section in the front of your local phone book for a list of offices.
