My home we have one main dish, two veggies, a starch and then followed by dessert. I live in the South so we eat alot of rice If I cook a main dish with rice like a Jambalaya or a Gumbo then I eliminate the extra starch.

We compare radial convergence profiles, which are measured accurately in the ray-tracing simulations by stacking many dark haloes, with our simple analytic model predictions. Our analytic models consist of a main halo, which is modelled by the Navarro-Frenk-White (NFW) density profile with three different forms of the truncation, plus the correlated matter (2-halo term) around the main halo. We find that the smoothly truncated NFW profile best reproduces the simulated lensing profiles, out to more than 10 times the virial radius. First of all use noise insulating windows and panes. Double glass or triple glass windows needed. Second, sound proof your room. Sound insulation can be done outside or inside, but it usually means reducing the space in the room and it's quite costly. You can either build, practically another set of walls, using panels of wood, plywood plaster cardboard, or anything else, and fill the space between them and the actual wall with mineral cotton. It will also improve heat insulation and lower your energy bill. Whether you cool or heat the room it will loose less to the outer environment. Also, a very cost effective solution is to use polystyrene foam (there's a special variety for this type of work, it's not "bubbly" instead it's compact and rather hard) at least 2 inches (5 cm) thick to cover the walls. Cover the polystyrene with either plaster cardboard or masonry (it needs a specialist hand for that), or if you don't care how even the walls will look, you can apply wallpaper directly over the polystyrene. Polystyrene boards are quite cheap and can be easily applied using a variety of adhesives and glues. Good luck!

Generally, hearing aids from a doctor are of better quality than those who aren't. The audiologist knows you better than these other people do, and know what is right for you, and what isn't.
I have my hearing aids from my audiologist, and I have never had any problems with it personally. Even though it's pricier, it's worth it. I don't trust these adverts. Anyway, good luck, and ask your audiologist for more information.
