LONDON (MarketWatch) — The cost of insuring Spanish, Irish and other peripheral euro-zone sovereign debt against default through credit default swaps fell Thursday after Moody’s delivered an expected cut to Spain’s AAA credit rating and Ireland’s central bank said lenders could need as much as 14.3 billion euros ($19.4 billion) more capital in a long-awaited assessment of the cost of bailing out the nation’s banking sector. The spread on five-year Irish credit default swaps, or CDS, narrowed to 459.2 basis points from 470.5 on Wednesday, according to data provider CMA. That means it would now cost $459,200 a year to insure $10 million of Irish debt against default for five years, down from $470,500. The spread on Spanish CDS narrowed to 222.1 basis points from 228.3, while the Portuguese spread was at 415.4 versus 440.

It shouldn't be problem especially if you're worried about nitrogen overdose. In fact when plant material breaks down especially woody mulches like sawdust for example, it uses up nitrogen first before it can release the nitrogen. But the worms will be coming up to eat grass and leave you some nice castings full of goodies fro your peppers. The grass clippings will not only help with your soil's texture, and nutrition but it will keep the moisture in addition to holding down the weeds.

Get the DVD Safe Side Stranger. It's by John Walsh and the Baby Einstein lady who's name I always forget.
The problem with "stranger danger" is it's very easy to convince a child that strangers are scary. This will backfire on you because (1) strangers aren't your child's primary threat. The vast majority of crimes against children are committed by people they know and think they love, not by strangers and (2) strangers who are actually predators aren't scary because that's part of the whole predator thing.
Safe Side teaches kids that there are three kinds of strangers: don't knows, kind of knows and safe side strangers. Don't knows are random adults the child doesn't know. Kind of knows may be people like your adult friends that your kids don't really know, the public librarian they see regularly, etc. Safe side strangers are strangers who you don't know, but are safe (i.e. uniformed police officers).
For yourself, pick up a copy of The Gift of Fear. There's a version talking about the same concepts applied to children. I wouldn't read both because it's redundant, but they're both equally good. The theory of this book is to trust in your instincts. So many people are victimized because they're afraid of looking foolish or offending people and so they let themselves be drawn into dangerous situations. When it comes to kids, if they feel uncomfortable, you do.not. force it.
That means if they don't want to kiss grandma, that's their choice and you don't question it. those pictures of screaming kids on Santa's lap that people think are cute are really incidents of parents teaching children that their body really doesn't belong to them and it's ok for other people to touch you when you don't like it. Think of how confusing it is to a child who is a very black and white thinker that some people get to kiss them and touch them when they don't like it but not others. It may seem obvious to you, but it's not to them. If your best friend creeps your kid out, you need to make sure your child knows that she gets to trust her instinct and your friend can sort out her hurt feelings on her own.

Draw the fake fire as a backdrop, use hand towel rolls, paint it brown with wood grains to make it look like wood logs, of course real logs are better. Cut yellow & orange cellophane paper into strips & run it in between the logs, if possible fix a small fan (use laptop cooling fan) at the bottom to make it like real flames. Merry Christmas!

“You can’t really “avoid” proccing Starcatcher’s during AR unless you specifically time AR around the procs. That’s a bit overkill. We might be talking different gear levels here, but personally I find myself capping quite often when trying to cast Feint / TotT / in AR / stuck in KS (since they fixed using FoK in it) / after using TotT and having reduced energy costs / getting random mass-refunds of energy due to talent procs. Assuming the 2min ICD and 20 sec uptime and a 7-minute boss fight, if any of the above situations occurs you’ve wasted 1 of your 3 boss encounter procs, rendering the added haste diminished or useless. Subtlety is a different beast as there’s usually not ENOUGH energy to spend, so Starcatcher could work well for it. But then if you’re looking for “burst”, isn’t that what Sigil is best for?”
