12 cookies to a cup of dough is perfect.
If you have a restaurant supply company nearby you can get a #30 food disher, which is like a small ice cream scoop for about $9. It's totally worth it if you make a lot of cookies. You can also get them online for about $10-$15. Get the ones that look like an ice cream scoop not the ones with the weird handle.
When you put your cookies on the pan, look for the biggest and smallest cookie and adjust until it's hard to tell which is the biggest.
I use to make 2000 cookies a day by hand. I used a conveyor belt oven.

once the hair cells are damaged they are damaged. there is no magical-medicinal cure for a sensory/ neural hearing loss.
buck up and get your self some hearing aids. if you have a high frequency loss. make sure they have directional microphones and at the very least 8 channels so the audiologist has greater programming ease.

I think the best thing is something that ONLY works the chest, you need a particular machine to do it though. A lot of gyms should have this:
This machine is the best for chest I think because your pushing all the way in, so it works your inner chest good.
I'm pretty sure this is the absolute best machine to work your chest.
Some gyms also have these cable machines where you basically stand between them, and you can pull the cables in and across your chest, basically like doing a punching motion across your chest. Some can be adjusted for how high they are so you can really work out upper or lower chest with that one.
If you don't have access to one of these, try the normal bench press but place your hands further apart so that your elbows don't bend as much, this should work out your chest more and not the triceps as much.

First there is the mortgage and the individual utilities. Then there are the fixed maintenance fees and the community utility costs. The maintenace costs go up by as much as the board authorizes. This is one reason to be actively involved in the association affairs.
And don't forget that majority rules. If the board is too tight with money the living and building conditions suffer. If the majority wants to replace all the plumbing with gold-lined pipe you're stuck.
