I ALWAYS have to wash my ears every day or everytime I have a shower. I swear to god, my ears are the catalyst here in determining if I'm clean. If they feel greasy, then I feel filthy. No joke. I have to scrub my ears with a washrag and I use q-tips every day!!

Yes, this can certainly happen. It's what we call 'hyperacusis', and can be caused by loud noises. Here's a little info for you:
The good news is that as long as you aren't exposing yourself to loud noises consistently, it should go away completely in the next few days. Make sure you take care of your ears, though! You only get one set, and they've got to last you your entire life!
