You didn't provide the details of your hearing loss or your age, so my best guess is you're "technically" deaf because 'hard of hearing' is generally associated with 'mild' and 'moderate' groups.
Mild (25-40 dB) – (mildly) hard of hearing
Moderate (40-70 dB) – hard of hearing or deaf (it's common for one to say they're "deaf in one ear," though)
Severe (70-90 dB) – deafened or deaf
Profound (91 dB or more) – deaf
A detailed summary for each category can be found here:
(It's important to note that a belief that deaf people (e.g. sign language users) couldn't hear at all is a common misconception. In fact, total deafness is a rarity.)

Isaac Newton wrote more on religion than on natural science, and his scientific and mathematical writings were prolific. As a mathematician, he was not so different, other than the fact that he made giant leaps in math during his time.
It was Newton’s conception of the universe, based upon natural and rationally understandable laws, that became the seed for Enlightenment ideology and led to philosophies of individual rights and freedoms that sets him apart from others in history.

About 7,900 employees of the State Compensation Insurance Fund are entitled to back pay after a state appeals court ruled in their favor over furloughs.
The First District Court of Appeal in San Francisco ruled Friday that the same state law that exempts employees at the state insurance fund from hiring freezes and layoffs, also prohibits a reduction in workweeks.
In making its decision, the court endorsed a ruling by another appellate panel earlier this year that found Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger acted illegally when he furloughed about 500 lawyers and hearing officers employed by the fund.
The furloughs were part of an cost-cutting move by the governor last year, when he ordered nearly 200,000 state employees to take two days off each month without pay.
The state Supreme Court has agreed to review the legality of all the furloughs.

because they do not know how to talk to them through signing, and most people do not carry a pen and pad with them..so if they can not ask them what they were going to they just tell them there sorry for bothering them and walk away, most hearing impaired can read lips so they know what your saying.but if they can not speak you will not understand..now most of the hearing impaired can talk their voices are a bit flat but you can understand them and most hearing people who have never been around a hearing impaired person would not know that..the only exception may be some one who has been deaf since birth they may not be able to talk as well as some one who use to be able to hear..

NOTHING is required by law. What you need, is going to be whatever is required by CONTRACT – ie, what the landlord requires to let you do that, what the nonprofit requires, what the supplier requires if you're renting equipment, etc.
Likely you're going to need some general liability and property coverage, possibly liquor liability, etc, depending on the specifics of the event. There are a couple large, independent agencies right there in Galveston (I drive by them all the time, LOL) who can help you out – once you know what the contract requirements are.
Likely, this is going to run you between $1500 and $5,000 for a weekend event, depending on what you're going to need.

During this time, objects undergo sudden changes in speed , but their positions do not vary significantly. Early studies of friction shocks are due to Newton . Fish , circa 1820, has dealt with various cases , but always without friction . Many other authors have worked on this theme , including Cournot, Coriolis (1835), Phillips (1849), Darboux (1874), Zhukovsky (1878), Ostrogradsky, and Villa Soula (1923). Delaney and

A donkey which has heard of Newton’s third law but not understood it very well refuses to pull a cart attached to it because it argues that: ‘ If i pull on the cart with a certain force, Newton’s third law would imply an equal but opposite force, which would then mean that the total force on the cart is zero, and so it will not move. so why waste my effort? I won’t pull’. What’s wrong with the donkey’s argument?

That varies, depending on what state you are in. Yes, renting your home out means it's not an "owner occupied" dwelling any more, so isn't eligible for a homeowners policy. Yes, renting to a group of students is the absolutely highest risk group you can rent to, MOST insurance companies won't insure you. You're going to have to go to a high risk carrier – maybe Lloyds of London. It's going to be a WAY LOT more than it is right now. Your current agent should put this out on the market, and get a couple quotes for you.
Anyway, the insurance company has to issue a cancellation notice to you, for material change of risk. They might say a different reason, but they DO have to give a reason. I've never seen a notice time of less than 30 days, but it might be out there. I'd imagine there's no way it can be less than 10, but could be as long as six months.
They can also cancel with 10 days notice, because you insured it as a rental, but at the time it was vacant. Check the application – I'm sure one of the questions on it was about occupancy!!
