A PTR is a hearing which lasts between 30m and an hour. It's the final court hearing before the trial. They are common in almost every case which is not in the fast track
The court wants to make sure that the case is ready, the experts and witnesses can make it, there are no outstanding issues etc. This is the chance for any outstanding procedural matters to be aired.
The Judge will not express a view on the case because he will not have all the trial papers and has not heard the evidence.
The claimant can go along, but won't be asked to say or do anything. Normally it's just the legal reps (solicitor or counsel) and a judge. .

As a clarinet player myself, to play it successfully one has to hear the tone well. Clarinets are very finicky and the slightest change can throw off your tone and you need to be able to hear it. Sometimes – depending on how much brass there is in the band – it can drown out clarinets – so she'll have trouble hearing herself play, I bet.

Ok, in layman's term, a review of something is what you read in TV guide or the paper every day, like a review of the movie "Avatar" tells you it's a 3D movie on a paradise world of blue-skinned people. You've already read 3,000 reviews in your life, so you already know how to write them: you talk about what's in the play, who is starring in it, what time it will be on, what the plot is, and what you thought about it. Would you recommend it for other people to go see it?
Stuff like that is all important: who is in it, what it's about, when it is, where it is, who is producing and directing it, who is doing the lights and choreography, who designed the stage, etc. One thing in reviewing plays is you're not allowed to review the hardcopy book, as that's just words. A review of the play can only be done by physically watching the play.

The philosophical review focuses itself in problems regarding philosophy, dialogues and internal conflicts between characters.
I'll give you an example, you must know The Matrix and all the acclaim it has had since it first appeared, a philosophical review will go deeper into characters and plot and it'll find out that most of the plot is related to the allegory of the cave from Plato.
I think that you should read that allegory and then watch the Matrix and maybe you'll understand me.

3 – post your experiences (the facts only) on sites like complaintsboard.com, ripoffreport.com, pissedconsumer.com BUT be very careful what you write. Do not call them a scammer – that could get you sued for libel or defamation of character. Instead state the facts clearly – that you bought an item on xx date, that you did not receive the item, that you called 10 times and did not get a response, that you were unable to get your money back, etc

Can anyone advise me how to transfer survey data form my Pentax R325-N to MicroSurvey CAD. The data looks OK on the Total Station “view” but for some reason the output at the MicroSurvey drawing stage is a Mirror image of the original survey.All the systems are set to “Point No.- Eastings-Northing-Elevation-Discription” format, it might be something to do with the “Clockwise” or “Counter Clockwise” rotation at the Pentax side but I,m almost losing the will to live now.
