One of the most popular styles of aids is the Open Ear. These are small behind the ear hearing aids that connect to the ear by either a small tube or wire. When they use a wire there is a speaker, or receiver, on the end that goes into your ear canal. This type is called a RIC, or receiver in the canal. The largest benefit to this type of hearing aid is that it leaves your ear canal open so you don’t feel plugged up. If you have a hearing loss in just the high frequencies this may be a good choice for you. But if you have hearing loss in the low and mid frequencies, Open Ear hearing devices were not intended for your loss. You can be fit with an earmold that will plug up your ear, but it will help you with those low pitch sounds – But then you’re plugging up your ear again. You would just have a smaller behind the ear (BTE) hearing device, but not technically an Open Ear Hearing Aid.
For some people that’s fine. They have a hearing instrument that is giving them enough power and it is small. If you need a lot of power , Open Ears may not be the best thing for you. It is generally not a good idea to buy a hearing device that is using all its power to meet your loss, no matter how good it looks! Open Ears do not typically have a lot of power. There are some exceptions, but these are limited too. If you have a moderate to profound hearing loss, then you will need a Behind the Ear (BTE) hearing aid. You needs will be met with this type.
In the ear hearing aids, especially the small CIC style are also popular. Some manufacturers have better technology for these products than others, primarily because they do a better job controlling feedback (whistling). There’s nothing more aggravating than to have your hearing aids whistle when you put your hand or a telephone near your ear, or when you hug someone.
There is more to choosing hearing aids than looks alone. Your hearing professional is the best person to talk to about which hearing aids are best for you.

Medical records and diagnosis along with treatment options are presented to the judge. Patient advocate gives opinion and judge makes decision. Judge usually agrees to sound medical procedure.
Since the state has removed the patient's ability to make choices, the judge must make them. it is a fairly pro forma process.

don't get any thing that will be too much smaller than your lab. you want them to be able to get alone when they first meet and one not over powering the other. like for example i have a mastiff and a German Shepard and neither of them bully one another and they both look out for one another. it is kinda like they are brothers but in different breeds of dog?

It's typical to have family planning meetings or service plan reviews every followed by a court appearance every 6mo. If the parents are doing really well, and it looks like the child may be returned before the 6mo, they'll move it up. The other reason for more frequent court hearings is the parents lawyer. A really aggressive lawyer can petition the court more often in an attempt to get the child return more quickly.
With our first case we were in court every other week because Dad's lawyer was very thorough and insisted that Dad be able to prove his progress to the judge. In every other case, we've gone to court every 6mo.

A show cause hearing is a hearing in which you have been ordered to attend and show cause (good reason) why you have failed to follow the courts order. If you fail to show cause (good reason) why you haven't followed the court's order you will then probably be held in contempt. Contempt is a criminal charge of willfully refusing to follow a court order. At the contempt hearing you can be sentenced as the judge may see fit given the circumstances and within statutorial sentencing limitations.

omg….ok the only way to get aids that way is if you have a cut on your hand that was gushing out blood and you touched the red stuff with that cut and smothered it all over and in that cut. you cannot get aids just by touching it. if you're having sex with someone and switch bodily fluids, that's one way to get it. as long as it doesnt get into your blood system, you're fine. just wash your hands with soap and warm/hot water and sing the whole ABCs before you rinse!
