Dont take to heart and rant towards people who quite obviously wont listen.,

If you are trying to be silenced…dont be…

Dont let people you've never met get you so wound up.

The notion that you are responsible is quite ridiculous as any sane person can tell… So why let it bother you? As a professional were you not taught to hold your anger…I know I work for the NHS and I frequently get blamed for everything thats wrong with it. I dont take it to heart.

It obviously doesnt actually upset you that much anyway..as here you are again, for the third time Ive seen today telling everyone what you do and inviting hostility.

  10. haphner andh Says:

It depends which policies you refer to. The General Social Care Council acts as an arm's-length body of the Department of Health (DH), so many of its policies will be led by the DH. But it does have responsibility for developing a number of policy areas. In all these, it follows normal public policy development practice, which is to consult widely with relevant people and organisations before making policy.

It is impossible, if not meaningless, to try to determine what "society's wishes" are. What is society? If you wanted to work out what "society's wishes" are, who would you talk to? If people disagree, as they inevitably do, what should you do?

Bristol residents advised to take ‘usual precautions’ but officers stress ‘no specific intelligence’ to suggest increased danger Police investigating the murder of Joanna Yeates have advised local women not to walk home alone after dark and warned householders to make sure their homes were secure. Officers acknowledged there were “concerns for safety” among Bristol residents while the killer remains at large but emphasised they had received no “specific intelligence” to suggest there was any increased danger. Avon and Somerset police denied the inquiry was back to square one after they released Yeates’s landlord, Chris Jefferies, on bail two days after he was arrested on suspicion of murder. Officers insisted progress was being made. They had received thousands of calls and messages from people with possible leads, and a source said they were waiting for the completion of forensic tests that could prove crucial. Speaking outside Yeates’s flat in Clifton, Bristol, Chief Superintendent…

Yes and you can download the complete list from the GSCC. Briefly, as a social care worker, you must…

    1. Protect the rights and promote the interests of service users and carers.

    2. Strive to establish and maintain the trust and confidence of service users and carers.

    3. Promote the independence of service users while protecting them as far as possible from danger or harm.

    4. Respect the rights of service users while seeking to ensure that their behaviour does not harm themselves or other people.

    5. Uphold public trust and confidence in social care services.

    6. Be accountable for the quality of your work and take responsibility for maintaining and improving your knowledge and skills.

    Hi bizzla 1,

My advice would be as follows. If you paying international fees because you are not a permanent resident, citizen of the UK or citizen of the EU then it might be worth your time to speak with an immigration solicitor who give you better advice about what options are open to you. However if you are a UK citizen, EU citizen, or are a permanent resident then my feeling you are better off re-doing the access course because once you have resided in the UK for three years there is a good chance you might qualify for Home Student status which means lower fees. This means redoing the course will give you time to get lower fees. In this case I would also speak with the university to see if they will keep your spot for you while you redo the access course.

the shortcut I use is to plug the function into my graphing calculator. I always keep a y=0 in y5 or y6. Then just use the intersect feature, on the ti 83/83 its under 2nd/trace. You can then find all the zeros easily.
if you have something like x=-3/4 at one of the zeros, you would have
    (x+3/4)=(4x+3)
if you know the decimal approximations for a few odd things like pi/2 or rt(3)/2 you can even spot the trig function zeros

Regulation or deregulation itself is not a good or bad thing. It depends on what you are trying to regulate or deregulate. It is good to regulate on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, but good to deregulate some red tapes within businesses that make it harder to increase revenue or open up more jobs. When politicians say regulate or deregulate, they really don’t tell you the context of what they are regulating or deregulating.
