It could be schizophrenia. Does this person have any history of it in their fanily as there is thought to be a genetic link (if a parent has it they are 50% more liekly to be a sufferer.)
The lack of coherant speech is an indicator of schizophrenia as is the lack of apparent stimuli causing outbursts and the other symptoms you described.
Scizophrenia often develops in your 20's although can happen at any stage in life and may be triggered by stressful life events.
This can be treated effectively with ssri's so get them to a doctor!

I know the feelings, I have SAD as well. You can get a special light from your doctor called a light therapy box. I never tried this but I heard it works pretty good.
I have my own personal remedies that seem to work just as well. In all my lamps around the house I use light bulbs that simulate natural light, they are made by phillips. If you aren't against going to tanning salons, I've found that going tanning for one week each month helps a lot also.
I also take a vitamin before bed called Sleep 'N Restore, its a combination of melatonin and valerian that helps to promote natural sleep patterns and helps your body's natural restoration process.

There is a maximimum value for sed rates(ESR for short) that is dependent on the technique/instrumentation used to measure it. Generally it is around 140mm/hr. I'm afraid that there is no real good answer to what is high in someone with active inflammation. The upper limit of normal is about 20 for men and a little higher for women(around 30) but it also increases with age. It is difficult to answer how high is high with active inflammation. Some have described an "extremely high" range as >100 which is thought to be seen primarily in infection, malignancy, renal disease, and inflammatory disorders(like lupus). However, this does not mean that having that high of an ESR means you have to have one of these conditions nor does having a lower value exclude these conditions. For an illness such as lupus it is most helpful to determine what your baseline values are when you are not having flare ups and when you are. This helps your physician use this test as a gage to try and determine the progress of your illness, diagnosis of flare ups, and effectiveness of treatment particularly during flare ups. In other words: it's importance is to find your "normal" to follow over time as it can be very different from someone else's because of the high variability in severity and in which organs/tissues are affected in those with lupus.
A little about the test itself. It is measured in mm/hr because it is essentially the rate at which the red cells settle out of suspension due to gravity in a well mixed slightly diluted sample of blood. So the test is limited by the height of the column used to measure it. Generally, the test has not been shown to provide very useful information at values higher then the 100-140 range enough to lengthen the columns used to measure it past that point. You might try going to the link below to get some more basic info about this test. You will notice the lack of specific values – because there just isn't a given value that we can say "an elevation of this much means this is what is specifically happening to you" without putting it together with the rest of your symptoms and tests. P.S. I perform this test regularly(but don't usually know each individuals exact diagnosis while performing it) and don't often see values greater then 110.

redback exhausts or Lukey, either one is not insainly loud but still technically illegal. on my straight 6 fairlane i run a 2.5in redback catback with straight through muffler and straight through resinator. it is quiet under 2500rpm but anything over and it is loud. when pulling onto the highway and planting it i can be heard over 2km (as the crow flies)
don't go bigger than 2.5 if its just the v6. engines NEED some backpressure to operate correctly. you can cause series damage to some engines with no backpressure present.
if you go over 2.5in it will also sound like crap.
it is never going to sound like an 8 it will always sound like a 6. if you are after just the sound catback will be fine, you will also get a small amount more power and better fuel ecconomy. if you want proformance get the extractors and hi flow cat aswell. (extractors are like 600-700 bucks) unless the engine is worked on you are wasting your time.
exhaust TIPS don't change the sound as such. they are mearly for show. it is the whole make up of the exhaust that changes the note.
with mine i have it coming out in twin 3in stainless steel tips (sounds over the top but it fills the cut out in the back bumper very nicely) the twin tips did change the sound because of the size of them, it gives it a throaty/crackly noise at idle that you never get with just the one tip (if i block off one the note is very different)

I’ll be staying in Los Angeles for about a week in the next month. I fondly remember Stroh’s breakfast burrito from last time I was there, but it seems they closed up shop. So please supply me with places to taste quality local food, laid back places to drink for thirtysomethings: not touristy, no waiting lines or loud music, you know the place, just ice cold beers on a terrace (went to the Otheroom last time, was a tad ‘busy’ for me).
