I would say one of two things…
1) Scam, and someone wants to give a voucher that you have no way to redeem
3) Legal, but likely this would be restricted to food or housing. Do you have an arrangement to accept vouchers? It sounds like you don't. Therefore I'd say no. However, if you are interested, ask them which authority would redeem the vouchers. If they have an answer, contact those people. If they have no answer, scam. Scam, obviously skip it. If it's legit, and you can make arrangements for redeeming vouchers, and it makes fiscal sense for you, go ahead. Those are basically your choices.

Yes. The conception date that is calculated from your ultrasound is calculated based on the idea that you ovulated two weeks after the first day of your last menstrual period. Of course, not everyone ovulates on this exact day. Additionally, actual conception may not happen until a couple of days after your "encounter." When I have people ask for a conception date, I always let them know that it is an approximation.

In our form of government, there are three branches of government at all levels. Judicial, Legislative, and Executive. In all levels of government (federal, state, or local) those branches exist in some form or another.
So the Chef EXECUTIVE officer, would be the head of the executive branch. Most counties executive branch is the County Supervisors, or County Council. But it can go by other names. Generally the Chief Executive is the the President of the Council or Board of Supervisors.
In a City or town, the City Council is normally the Executive Branch, and the Mayor is the CEO.
So you would have to do a search fir your specific County. It should list the County government offices. Just find the head of the supervisors, council, or commissioners. Do the same with your town or ask who the Mayor is.

We have the Knoxville Soup Kitchen, a small organization that runs a (you guessed it!) Soup Kitchen for homeless near downtown Knoxville.
There are also dozens of church charities, like clothing drives and rummage sales.
There is also one small domestic abuse shelter in town, but I think they are working on getting connected to a national group.

It's good for the price – it's got a solid top but it's got real heavy bracing so the sound doesn't project like on a Martin. It sounds somewhat muted to me. Alvarez Artist Series are really good (more $$ though) as is the Takamine EG series.
Play a Washburn D10S or D30S and compare them to the Epiphone – The Washburns are rated higher in Acoustic Guitar Magazine. They're not as pretty, but they sound better to me. You can get a D10S with a case for $270.
