Check the memory. Go to menu>options/settings>status. If your memory is low it will cause lagging. If that is the case then I recommend deleting what you can from the phone memory (Text messages, saved MMS, games, and other media not saved on a memory card)
Clearing your brower cache, cookies, etc is good as well.
Pull your battery once every couple of days to ensure it is not a consistent problem. Also, you can clear your even logs (which can consume memory) by going to your main screen, press and hold Alt, while holding Alt, press the letters L, G, L, G. When the event log shows, press your menu button, clear log, delete. This will not harm your phone in any manner.

Different kinds of hearing loss need different kinds of hearing aids. You'll need a full evaluation. If you're near one, Costco stores have audiologists in the store that can give you a diagnosis and fit you for the appropriate instrument. My father loves his, and the Costco audiologist told him that the store is selling hearing aids at a loss because they want to bring people into the store. They're not cheap, but they're worth it.

At this point, many former Obama supporters are not simply disenchanted with Obama — they want to punish him. These are the same people who put Obama in the White House against improbable odds. Perhaps Obama is too arrogant to understand that he cannot win elections without a fired-up base. Is *anyone* enthusiastic about Obama any longer? Who exactly are they? His best move would be to decline to run for a second term before doing any more damage.
