one of two things will happen at the prelim exam, the defendant will either waive or hold his hearing…if he waives your son will sit in the pew for awhile and then after his waiver is accepted you all can go home….if the defendant hold his prelim exam your son MIGHT get called by the prosecutor to testify against the defendant…prosecutors are generally pretty soft with child witnesses but the defense attorney might not be so nice….just tell your son to speak confidently and to tell the truth
after this prelim exam the case will move towards trial…the prosecutor and defense will negotiate a plea deal and if they reach one your son will not have to testify again, but if the defendant holds a trial then your son might have to testify at the trial (and will be asked very similar questions as at the prelim exam)
at the prelim exam lots of people are present, the judge, prosecutor, bailiff, court reporter, court clerk, defense counsel, defendant, several other attorneys and defendants and members of the general public (family of other defendants) I would warn you that the defendant might be sitting in the pew if he isn't in prison so try to sit far away from him/her if possible (make sure to check in with the prosecutor when you arrive to let them know you are there and to give your son a chance to talk with the prosecutor)

Have you considered creating a website about a subject that you enjoy and know a thing or two about? My wife and I have been running a few websites for about a year and are amazed at the results.
Basically you bulid a website with good/valuable information. People find your website when they are looking for the information you have written about. You make money when the seeker clicks your ads (from Google) or clicks/buys other things that are on your site (called Affiliate sales.)
To brainstorm the website idea, determine profitability, easily build the website, and optimize the web pages to get traffic we used a special web-based tool. The tool walks you through every step of the process with both video and text instructions. Its pretty amazing. You can see an example monthly commission check at the site below which is actually now out of date and lower than what we get now.
The website subjects we chose are surprisingly simple. Also, there are apparently people making 10x what we are earning on our site. Again, its amazing.

A few months ago, we showed you a pretty awesome light painting project that visually captured invisible Wi-Fi signals around town using a Wi-Fi detecting rod filled with 80 LEDs. With some long exposure photography, the results were pretty amazing. This project was inspired by those crazy Norwegians, but this build lets you do something even more amazing—capture pictures of colorful written text and drawn images, frozen in midair. This project hails from Gavin Smith, an Aussie hardware hacker from the Sydney area, which calls his device LightScythe. Hunting for Your Next Vacation?
I may not be a British traveler but it pretty much lined up with what my favorite vacation travel wants entail except I would look for a couple beach vacation spot closer to my departure point in the USA in the middle of winter with activities that included snorkeling.
This is a good graphic to help you decide what is most important to you when you look for a place to take your vacation. Once you have a list of the things that are important to you then it is easier to go shopping for the best destination, happy hunting.

Why I do the Travel Show – Why I’m not on the Travel Channel
I get questions as to why I am not on the Travel Channel. The reason is I need more viewership to get that chance. I hope that one day they will see my show and ask me to join their group of shows. I want people to get a taste of the wonderful places there are in the world to enjoy so that they will go there and experience it for themselves. Plus people miss so many things because they don’t know they are there. So I hope I introduce fun things that they would otherwise miss. I try to include information that makes your travel easier, more comfortable and so you are prepared ahead of time. Please share my videos with anyone you know that would enjoy them. Thanks again!

Travel to Unique Historical Dolmens in Drenthe Holland Netherlands
I so appreciate viewers and readers who respond and give me information that I can pass on. That way more people get to see special unique areas of the world that we would otherwise miss. Here is one that my Youtube subscriber DeadLikeSilence told me about. Thank you from all of us for telling me about the Dolmens and zoo in North Holland.
In the province of Drenthe Holland Netherlands is a unique sightseeing stop. It has 53 of the 54 remaining dolmens in the Netherlands. The word Dolmens came from two word meaning “Stone Table.” Dolmens are megalithic tombs (tombs with Large Stones covering it.) I understand that biking or walking is an awesome way to go and see the Dolmens. Just outside of Borger is a megalithic tomb museum and tourist information center where you can get a route map to follow. There are 16 of the Dolmens (hunebedcentrum – Dutch name) in this area.
Also I hear that they are building a zoo in the Drenthe province that will be the biggest in Europe. It is in a village called Emmen.
I will definitely add this to my next visit to Holland Netherlands.
