I had to block the "MicroTechh" account, since anyone could have used it based on information here: I tested it and was able to log in, and anyone who wanted to disrupt Wikipedia could have used it maliciously. If you can show me that you've claimed it and changed the password, I'd certainly be willing to unblock it for you.
If you want to have an account created for you, the canonical way is to make a request through < >. You put in an email, and a username not already taken (see < > for a list of taken ones), and you'll be emailed a randomized password for the account if there aren't any other problems. I can also initiate this for you manually (given an unused username and an email address), but you might not want to write out your email address here.
The name "MicroTech" also suggests a company name: if it is the name of a company that you're affiliated with, be aware that there are rules against "role accounts" to represent organizations. Read Wikipedia's username policy to get an idea of an appropriate name: < >. You may want to consider buying a dSLR. You probably want a lens that is 10mms-20mms as the smallest for a small room. Of course with the cropping factor its about 30mm equivalent.

I'm not sure about any cell phones, but you can get a Phonak Smart Link FM system, which has blue tooth technology, and you can plug your cell phone into it, which will send the signal directly into your hearing aid. You'd have to buy a reciever to attach to your hearing aid as well. This can be expensive, but if you're planning on using your phone a lot it would be worth it. I would suggest you call Phonak's FM division and ask them more about it. Good luck!
