You used to have to say "Hath ye seen thy olde bridge? has any soul seen ye bridge?"
To start with the piano is a modern instrument, look at all those parts. The "olden" instrument of the piano would be the harp (once again take a look inside.)
Electronics and amplification is the major difference, Also the science of sound has been worked out so when they're constructing something like a guitar or violin, they no longer need to guess how it will sounds before it is finished.

I believe it is a requirement of all hospitals accredited by JCAHO to have a M&M – Morbidity and Mortality committee. This committee reviews all adverse events. By-laws of different hospitals vary, but in one of the hospitals I was associated with, adverse reports from M&M were referred to the Patient Care Committee, and that was the committee where a doctor was called to justify his or her actions. The committee could approve or disapprove the justifications. Adverse reports could result in temporary or permanent suspension from the hospital staff, or the loss of particular privileges, such as use of the operating room.
A Coronor's Inquest is generally held when there is reason to believe death was due to a felony or possibly a misdemeanor. I have no legal expertise, but malpractice is a tort, not a felony or misdemeanor.

If you have been watching the financial markets, including commodities, you have watched this problem growing for the past 6 years. And people have been grumbling at the grocery store for at least the past 3 years. It is only when the increases become dramatic that people (including the mainstream press, as opposed to markets reporters) start to notice and check things out. Also, the food riots over the past year brought it to the attention of international reporters & foreign correspondents. As this becomes more widespread, people finally take note of what has been going and getting worse & worse for years.
Another factor: most Americans pay little attention to international news or world events. They are very much caught up in their own little local day-to-day dramas and pay little attention to anything else. Even those with a college education tend to pay less attention than, say, Europeans of comparable educational level.
Also, Americans tend to think this is a big country and what happens elsewhere has little impact on the US — but this is a patently false assumption as everything interconnects and has to affect us sooner or later.
Once a couple of people jump on the story, the significance finally starts to sink in, and the mainstream press jump all over it. Then the "man in the street" finally "gets it".

They are everywhere I have lived so far. But I guess there might be weird local laws against them somewhere

from 00:13 looks like a crilewood needle holder, then curved metzenbaum scissor, Lister bandage scissor, straight “baby” metzenbaum scissor, curved kelly clamp (not Forcep), babcock clamp, straight allis (not ally) clamp, U.S. army retractor, Richardson-Eastman retractor, Balfour bladder blade and the last instrument is the Backhaus towel clamp (not clip). I’m only a student at the moment and most of those instruments were all basics that hospitals seem to use in my area. I hope this helps.

Just go to a music store and play around with some of the instruments. Find friends that have different instruments you can try. If you go to a school you can sneak into the music room and play some stuff as well. Also think about what instruments you pay attention to most while listening to music. Then you can decide on what instrument you want to actually buy.

Even before the 2012 VW Beetle was unveiled in New York this year, we were hearing rumors that the Golf R would spawn a Beetle R variant. Now it looks like those rumors could bear fruit as early as this September. Of course, the car we’ll see in Frankfurt–if indeed we see it at all–will likely be a “concept,” near-production ready but perhaps…

It's typical to have family planning meetings or service plan reviews every followed by a court appearance every 6mo. If the parents are doing really well, and it looks like the child may be returned before the 6mo, they'll move it up. The other reason for more frequent court hearings is the parents lawyer. A really aggressive lawyer can petition the court more often in an attempt to get the child return more quickly.
With our first case we were in court every other week because Dad's lawyer was very thorough and insisted that Dad be able to prove his progress to the judge. In every other case, we've gone to court every 6mo.
