Great.i was a pescetarian myself some years ago..take steamed fish with oatmeal for dinner(you may season it with pepper and a drizzle of sesame oil, and do add eggplants and carrots by the side)…do stick to your regular dose of veggies n fruit…do keep a limit on soy products because too much soy raises estrogen in your blood and that will be enough to limit your body from burning excess fat… Fatloss4idiots diet plan really help me generate a diet plan with the food that i choice. It's really helpful. Hope this help

You will not be compensated outside a potentail rise in the value of your options. If the strike price of your options is more than the takeover price, the options become worthless.
Let's say you bought Jan 2010 options on YHOO at $40. If MSFT buys YHOO in before then for $31 or any price less than $40, your options are worthless.
In reality, let's say MSFT ups their bid to $39.99, your options might rise in value as the stock trades near $39.99 (speculation of another bidder, another rise in offer price), but on the day that the merger is completed at that price, the options go to $0.

Options trading is a very complex issue to which there could be an exception but generally I have found that all the options trades are reported. The taxpayer is responsible to calculate the earnings as they are with stock sales. If the taxpayer fails to correctly calculate and keep records to prove that gain or loss to the IRS should they be subject to an audit the taxpayer has a major problem. Brokers are some times unreliable when it comes to tax law.

I have a bunch of thin, old, south- & west-facing windows that need energy-efficiency treatment. I got estimates for both solar film and solar screens, and the cost seems pretty comparable, although I may be able to get the screens a bit cheaper. What’s my best option, bang-for-the-buck-wise? And is direct sunlight-blocking actually the most important factor, or does heat leak in/out through thin windows regardless of the light striking them? Details: House is in Austin, TX, so lots of heat in summer. The windows are old (1960s), very thin (1/16in.), and kinda crappy-looking (cheap aluminum frames), but are built into the brick wall and would be prohibitively expensive to replace. Otherwise, I’d just go with double-paned, efficient glass, like I have elsewhere. The solar film would probably look better, but I’m somewhat reluctant to spend a bunch of money treating crappy glass. If the pane breaks, there goes the investment in solar film, too. One other option someone mentioned is…

You can get yourself a 3g wireless broadband card. They make USB and PCMCIA versions. A USB would easily work on a desktop and laptop.
It would essentially provide internet access as long as you have cell phone access.
You are right, that the school network would be loaded with students. Be aware that there would also be some severe restrictions on exactly what you could do on the internet, on that school network. First, file sharing or P2P is going to be right out. They may even cut streaming in general to conserve bandwidth. Social networking might be curtailed.
So, contact your cell phone provider, and ask about 3g wireless broadband.

For just £3.30, you can tuck into a tasty meal worth up to £8.24 from Sub City. You’ll get the choice of a curry, sub, wrap or sandwich, plus any drink and an ice cream, milkshake or sundae. Go down to your local automotive salvage yards (junkyard) to buy replacement parts for your exhaust system. Compatible GM models are very easy to find at most yards.
About a week ago I bought an entire exhaust system (except manifolds) for a friends car (1989 Camaro) from one of my local junkyards for only $35

IVF will definitely be an option!! they can insert the sperm directly into the egg!! so low motility is no biggy when considering IVF!! also adoption obviosly!! Good Luck!!
edit–sorry…guess i didn't read that you couldn't afford ivf!! and my only thought is…you can afford what you want if you really want it!! we couldn't afford it either…but took out a loan!! kids are REALLY important to us!! or you save until you can afford even if it takes a couple of years!! having a baby in 2 or 3 yrs is better than not having one at all right??? even though it sucks!!!

Post : Uber Launches Its First International Efforts In Paris URL : Posted : December 5, 2011 at 4:06 am Author : Alexia Tsotsis Tags : uber Categories : TC Uber , the private car share service that allows you to summon town cars via an iPhone, has opened up shop in Paris in time for international Internet conference LeWeb . Adding context to the jumpy video of the very first Parisian Uber ride above, Uber CEO Travis Kalanick , who was on my flight from SFO, tells me that there are two or three Uber-enabled cars in the city of Light currently, and tomorrow that number will start steadily increasing to about 60. Kalanick also told me that there’s a chance that Ubers will available be free for all LeWeb speakers and press, and I’m still waiting for confirmation of that and pricing information (I’ll update this post as soon as I know). Sure there are already many options for those seeking taxi service within Paris, but Uber, with its appeal to the tech-savvy and fashionable, has a good chance of gaining a foothold in the class-conscious city. “This is going to end the monopoly of the taxis in Paris,” said LeWeb founder Loic LeMeur ,”You will have models here, not like Geeks in San Francisco.” In an effort to preserve today’s Uber supply for customers, Kalanick took a regular taxi from Charles De Gaulle airport.
