You are getting good answers. I agree with them about several things but want to put my two cents in also.
Since a "market value" is what a willing buyer and willing seller will agree to at a given time…..then you need to remember that this should never be given by a computer, and should never be a figure that someone came up without walking thru the house, and should never be an average of several sales.
When you have an agent come out have them show you print outs of sales and discuss with them which sales your home is most similar to (and why). You should be able to understand the value very well after the discussion- it is not brain surgery.
Web sites often use sales I would never suggest. They also cannot walk thru your house and see what great thing you have done to the kitchen or landscape that everyone will love. (Or how your ceiling is caving in).

The Biology 8th Edition is the AP edition. It is an AP Biology textbook designed for the course AP Biology. I am taking AP Biology next year and I bought the 8th Edition. It cost me 140 dollars but I only bought that one for my own use. If you want to buy the textbook I highly recommend you buy the 7th Edition because that is the one that AP Biology uses officially. You can purchase one at Amazon.com. That is where I purchased mine and they have high discounts.

But that doesn’t mean that all of the economist’s working at and around the Fed have bad intentions. Bernanke I am sure can go on all day with loads and loads of bs. If an investor or potential investor is evaluating the future prospects of a company, it would make sense to remove extraordinary items and discontinued operations from the picture, because these items should have no bearing on the future.
The concerns might be that management misclassifies an ordinary, recurring expense transaction as "extraordinary" or "discontinued" in order to improve the results of continuing operations.
I believe that most investors understand the difference.

I think with your notes in class and simply the book, you'll do great! I actually bought an international edition for economics and well I never knew it was an international edition, just found out like yesterday! Well I did great in that class, I mostly studied my notes and used the book for reference!
But right now I'm kind of doubting if I should buy international edition for some other courses or not for this coming up semester…

You can basically do anything that does not require a phone. I'm hearing impaired also, and as long as I steer clear of jobs requiring long phone hours (i.e. 911 dispatcher like your past position, customer service rep, telemarketer) I've never had a problem. I've worked in a variety of different positions, industries, and settings, and the key is just making sure that you are up front with your supervisor and anyone else you feel needs to know.
Every single supervisor I've had has offered to work with me to ensure I have the tools to perform my job to the best of my abilities, hearing impairment or not.To avoid any discrimination on the basis of disability, employers are bound by law to provide you with reasoanble accommodation. For instance, my supervisor reviews conference calls with me after the fact (in a very respectful way) to ensure nothing was missed. Also, I primarily use email to communicate and am exempt from all those "pick up the phone and talk to someone instead of impersonally emailing them" lectures.
Basically, you can do anything. Follow your passions and be up front about your hearing impairment – that's the best advice I have.
