All news agencies lean to one side or the other. There is no independent news agencies. They all report from their point of view. I read the news from different agencies and then come to my own conclusions.

Not an easy distinction and it changes with the various schools of thought. Anyway you could possibly take social structure as the set of objectified, i.e. institutionalized, relationships that perform social functions (econmics, production, bureaucrcy, association and institutions and their reciprocal relations). Culture as the set of values, ends and meanings which direct and organize collective and individual action within society. The two things necessarily overlap and mingle. Culture determines the way social structure works.
