Firstly, I think the manoeuvres are actually particularly useful when you drive and it's shocking how many people can't do them, so to only have one on the test I think is a bad idea.
Secondly, independent driving… well I think that can only be bad news sooner or later for someone. There is after all a reason why you aren't allowed to drive without someone in the car until you pass a test.
In all it is probably easier than the test I did, and I thought the government planned to make it harder to:
1. reduce road traffic accidents
2. save the world

I am looking at either selling or trading my race buggy for a nitro that is more for bashing like a monster truck, truggy or possibly a on-road but will consider all nitro RCs. No Traxxas 2.5 models. This sweet buggy is the D8 Hara Limited Edition that is ready to go with a OS .21 V Spec engine, Ofna bump box with 2 NEW battery packs, new receiver pack, along with a upgraded steering servo and a bag of spare parts. Add fuel, radio and charger and it’s ready to go (If you offer cash I will throw in a quart of O’Donnell 30%, fuel bottle, and a glow igniter) I have a Traxxas TQ radio but it would take some work to make the receiver fit in the receiver box. I am willing to trade for a nitro RC minus radio if needed or sell it. The roller alone would run you over $400 new so no lowballing. Barter Trade Swap Spring is just a few months away. Anyone considering building a street Buggy should seriously look at this. I have a clean Colorado title for it. I drove it for two years before removing the body to build a street Buggy. Then I found one for sale that had the fiberglass body already on it and figured it would be easier to go that route. Big mistake!! This pan has the IRS rear end, the tranny, (a Super Street in great condition) CV’s, Shocks, Shifter (Empi) and linkage, All peddles, Steering Box, Tie Rods and joints, Steering Column, Centerline Aluminum wheels with like new tires, wiring harness intact and the pan itself is in great shape. Has a bit of surface rust at the battery area but very solid. A little cleaning up and paint will make it look like new. Hang your motor on it; get a fiberglass body to bolt on, install lights and your ready to roll. A stock 1600cc works great on these cars and lightened up as they are they get great gas mileage. that all depends on the material but the best bet would be a nice mig and someone that knowsw what they are doing because dune hopping and beaking something that you cant fix way out in the booneys aint know fun take from my next door people.get a nice mig not a cheppy one a good one like a lincoln with a big bottle of argone gas and lay some good hot beads and you should be fine oh i almost for got your going to spend some bucks total about 700 to 1500 bucks welder,wire,gas,glasses/facesheild,gloves,leathers,wire brushes,tips{various sizes for welding} and the most important the plug.you got to plug into 220 volts somewhere so now your looking at adding 2 more breakers to your electrical panel to wire it at 220 the cord from that to your disconect will be plugging to your nice brand spanking new mig. have fun and good luck

Way to expensive for smelly, small room and bath off muggy atrium. Music in atrium could be heard through door and window. Had to call at 10:30 pm to have music turned off and then it woke us again at 3 am. Sheets and towels worthy or Super 8 Motel. Connected to room next door and could hear guests in that room.
