I agree, because the clients will develop an opinion of your company based on even the littlest things. Here is what I learned in one of my Psychology classes in college. Multiple choice answers typically are a, b, c and d. There are two answers that are similar, one that is off the wall and one that is correct. All you have to do is eliminate the incorrect answers then you will have the correct answer. Also, for some reason, no one knows why, if you don't know the answer 65% of the time it is C. Also, remember it takes more words to write a true statement than a false statement. I always do well on tests remembering these formulas.
