Here are some of my suggestions:
- Replace regular incandescent light bulbs with CFLs; you'll hardly notice the difference.
- Find those drafts! Use weather stripping (available at any hardware store) around windows and doors to eliminate the air that is getting around their edges.
- Turn off devices like computers at the power strip when you're not using them. Things like monitors and laptop power supplies will use a constant small amount of electricity even when "off". Plugging them into power strips and turning them off that way will eliminate this slow drain of power.

I love how at the end you said 50x the orignal estimate, but the original estimate was for the war with Iraq. The war with Iraqi forces, and then you go and factor in all this that has nothing to do with the Iraq War of 2003 which is no longer a war, but a “counterinsurgency” War- a state of usually open and declared armed hostile conflict between states or nations, The war with Iraq is over and been over. You added in tons of numbers that had nothing to do with the war against Iraq.

The only way to calculate the cost of goods sold is to take the total cost of production (development and licensing costs, packaging, etc.) and divide it by the number of units sold.
If you are trying to forecast the COGS you should take the total cost and divide it by the expected number of units sold.

It's typical to have family planning meetings or service plan reviews every followed by a court appearance every 6mo. If the parents are doing really well, and it looks like the child may be returned before the 6mo, they'll move it up. The other reason for more frequent court hearings is the parents lawyer. A really aggressive lawyer can petition the court more often in an attempt to get the child return more quickly.
With our first case we were in court every other week because Dad's lawyer was very thorough and insisted that Dad be able to prove his progress to the judge. In every other case, we've gone to court every 6mo.

AIDS is part of the globalists strategy for population control. Whether it is real I do not know for certain. From my research HIV is 100% fake, while AIDs is real. HIV has no link to AIDS, certain ethnic groups are born “HIV positive” and thus receive drugs to “save” them which are actually poison. While AIDS patients receive very expensive drugs which are in fact sugar pills. Pharmaceutical distribution is run by mafia. If AIDS patients die not from pills, it suggests the virus is real.
