It's hard to know unless you know more about the genes. It could be a dominant trait that was passed to you but not your siblings, or a recessive trait that your siblings would have, too, but is not obvious in them. My sister has something that my grandmother has, but no one else does – not mt grandmother's siblings, my dad's siblings OR any of my other siblings or my cousins. DNA can be strange like that so it really is hard to tell who may or may not have certain genetic traits.

A supreme court hearing is not about whether someone broke the law, but about whether
a) the law they broke is unconstitutional; or
b) a previous judges' interpretation of the law is incorrect.
In a supreme court hearing the lawyers file briefs supporting their stance and, upon reading the briefs, the justices ask questions of the lawyers to explain parts of the briefs.
