Two weeks ago we reported that Twitter was mulling over raising a big new round of financing and the expected valuation was in the $3 billion range. Things have developed since then, it seems. The bidding has gotten more intense from what we're hearing. Russian firm DST, among others, submitted offers to invest valuing the company above $3 billion, say multiple sources. But the current leader, and likely winner, is Kleiner Perkins, say multiple sources. Alpha investor and Kleiner investor John Doerr is personally leading the charge, we've heard, and is acting something like a dog with a bone that won't let go. "Doerr wants to own part of Twitter, And Doerr generally gets what he wants" says one person with knowledge of the negotiations.

the place where you are plugging in the headphones isn't the only place the sound is coming out. That usually happens with the headphone outputs on the front of computers because the sound card doesn't recognize any audio outs other than what it physically has. Try using the speaker output on the back of the computer if possible (only if it won't get you in trouble - and definitely don't mess with any other cables). That will plug you directly into the sound card and fix your problem.

Another idea would be to turn down the master volume (usually found on the desktop or a button on the keyboard) and then, using the headphones in the same audio out you were using before, locate any volume buttons or dials. You may not even need it, as that output may have a set volume it'll play at.

Hope that helps =)

Let's be honest here. You equate the Black race with the perversion of homosexuality and you accuse ME of "hate" and "anger". Ha! You're attitude towards Blacks is no better than those accused of creating aids to destroy them.

Well, that would only happen if you went somewhere unclean/unprofessional....
Just make sure that you go to a licensed, professional place and check around to make sure that everything is sterilized - and that they use new needles on you. :)

It seems I am the only adult I know that doesn't own one. If I am at work, people can contact me, at home then if someone doesn't have my number I don't want to speak with them. If I am out and about I do not want to be bothered. I want to enjoy my time outside. I understand if people are doctors or people that need to be contacted yet children do not need them unless for emergencies. Other then that forget about it!

Pair a dark wash denim straight leg jean w/ pointy funky heels and a favorite top. You could also put together different outfits based on color. For example:nautical style (red, navy, and white) is sophysticated, yet young. For a dressy occasion, a pencil skirt, wide belt, and a bold satiny colored shirt tucked in would look fab!!! If you want to make the outfit a little more you, add accesories that you love!! The right purse also can make an outfit. It doesn't have to match your shoes or anything. A bold color leather purse or a glamourus clutch will look great!!! I hope I helped!!!

I do not know of a website, but have a little info. for you and maybe it will spark an idea of an area to research...a lot of these folks know that it is through observation and deduction that we frequently guess as to the link between a disease and the possible cause...we cannot get inside the cell, or mind of God, and know 100% that the HIV virus causes AIDS..we can only observe and test that it is present when people do start to show the changes associated with AIDS. Granted, it seems very clear, but they do have a valid scientific point; but you have to wonder why they are exploring this fact..because they believe that it is really a virus we have not found that is causing AIDS, or another causitive agent...poverty seems silly because if you put a HIV-negative person in poverty, and that being the only risk factor (say, live entirely alone and could not possibly catch a virus from anyone), they do not develop AIDS, I guarentee...they may develop immune compromise from developing leukemia, or malnutrition, for instance, but it seems too easy to prove poverty is not the cause of AIDS. Certainly, malnutrition is a caustitive agent that turns HIV into AIDS, or causes immune compromise on it's own...that may have some scientific basis, and of course, is already addressed by every health care provider in the world because every health care provider in the world knows malnutrition is bad for the immune system. By the way, as AIDS stands for AQUIRED immune deficiency syndrome...and is specific to the set of symptoms it refers to...can these folks prove that poverty causes AIDS; can they prove that the poverty gave them this syndrome, or were the folks born with the compromised immune system, and therefore cannot be said to have AQUIRED immune deficiency ? Do you follow me? Diseases we are born with are not AQUIRED, they are inherited (or a state they were born with because of genetic mutation)... so one cannot say that they have AIDS with any certainty at all...regardless of their HIV status...it is a very very complicated line of thinking and takes so much data, that I wonder if they see the irony of accusing others of not having enough data to prove that HIV is the cause of AIDS.
