In most cases noise exposure causes damage to the hearing centering around 3000 – 4000Hz. It is called a 4kHz noise notch. This is due to the anatomy of the ear not the nature of the noise exposure. Research has shown that this hearing loss develops with low and high pitch noise exposure.

In response to 4soundmoney. Age is not a factor that should be considered here. I would rather have someone representing me and my interests who is older, wiser and more experienced and these days there is a greater chance of him being assasinated than dying of old age. Kennedy was in his 40’s and look what happened there. Don’t be so quick to judge.

Ear test was good. Can hear when use hearing aid but doc told me use when want a hear only til ear drum 100% ok.
