The West Milford municipal budget continues to be a work in progress with final cost for taxpayers remaining undetermined until sometime after the state budget, with a deadline of June 30, is completed.

This depends on how they enforce the rule preventing kids from using business property.
If they wait for a complaint by the business owner, you may not need to run a business, just rent some business space where owner and tenant will not complain. Someone might need to arrange for insurance.
It would be a really good idea to talk to your township councillors to find out what problems they are trying to avoid. In our area businesses are not allowed to permit skateboarding without insurance, so businesses have to call in complaints. There is not an actual ban on use of business property per se.

Got people carrying weapons as they marched to town hall meetings. You have a woman in the hospital after being shot in the head by someone that disagrees with what she is saying. This is a problem now because we have dragged our feet for so long doing nothing. When we had the chance to get health care for all we scoffed at it even though people said it would become a problem. Once far off in the distance, iCloud is now quickly approaching. It will be a new service with many layers that Apple will first unveil on Monday during the keynote at WWDC. Today, two reports state that Apple has finalized deals with all four major music labels. CNet notes that Universal is now on board as are many publishers.
