A number of hearing impaired people are put off wearing a Hearing Aid because of vanity, thinking only what it will look like having a bulky Aid in full view behind the ear. However, there have been vast improvements in Hearing Aids over the last few years including many that can hardly be seen.
Because of development of Digital Hearing Aids are now being made much smaller and more effective than the Analogue Hearing Aids of the past.
There are a number of different configurations of Digital Aids designed to meet the needs of nearly all hearing loss sufferers. Behind the ear (BTE) are the most common type and have been around almost since the first Hearing Aids were developed. The main part of the Aid fits behind the outer ear and contains the microphone, amplifier and speaker. A thin clear tube is connected from this to an ear mould that fits into the ear channel and delivers sound into the ear.
This type is generally more powerful than other types of Hearing Aid because of its size and is most useful for sufferers with severe or profound losses. It is also most suitable for children as the ear mould can be easily changed as the child grows up instead of having to renew the complete Hearing Aid.
In the Ear (ITE) Hearing Aids sit in the outer ear and contain all the working parts within the ear mould. They can fit a wide range of patients including mild to profound hearing loss. It fills the entire centre of the ear and therefore it is not possible to hide this type of Hearing Aid. The microphone is much closer to the ear drum, than the behind the ear type, giving increased sound reception, It is usually less expensive and has a longer battery life
In the Channel (ITC) Hearing Aids are specifically moulded to fit within the ear channel and are suitable for sufferers with mild hearing loss. They are still visible but much less so than the (ITE) type. They are found to be much more costly than the ITE type as they are smaller therefore more difficult to build. The battery life is also shorter than the ITE type as it has to be much smaller.
The Completely in the Channel (CIC) Hearing Aids are similar to the ITC type and is only effective for people with mild to moderate hearing. It is very much smaller than any other type of Hearing Aid as it has to completely fit inside the ear channel. They are almost invisible when worn and need to be very carefully inserted and removed. The CIC Hearing Aid has many advantages especially if you do not want others to know you are wearing it. It is usually much more costly and the batteries do not last very long due to its very small size.
The Body worn Hearing Aid is ideal for sufferers of profound hearing loss. It is made up of an earpiece, the loudspeaker, which is placed on the ear and connected by an electrical wire to a small box attached to the clothing or placed in a pocket. Because of its size it can be very powerful and usually easy to control. This type of Aid is not very expensive as the components do not have to be made very small.
Choosing the right type of Hearing Aid for your particular hearing loss and comfort should not be made quickly. The amount of hearing loss and if you want it to be unseen are just two of the major considerations.

Yes there r four types of ADSL modems provided by bsnl.
TYPE 1, 2,3 and 4. It all depends on you what kind of modem u want.Functionality is all same.
When ull fill the broadband application form there wud be details of all modems.
Like type 1 has 1 Ethernet port n 1 USB, type 2 has i think 2 Ethernet ports and 2 usb ports, and same difference u wud find in Type 3 and 4.
And yes i think type 4 of wireless.
If u just want for home use den TYPE 1 is d best ,it costs around 1200 bucks and has 1 Ethernet and 1 USB port. I'd d same one.

Unfortunately, there is no such lawyer…going after people who scam the elderly means a litigation atty…you will eventually always find yourself on the wrong side of an issue as a litigation atty.
Lawyers who go after child molesters are prosecutors..a prosecutor has to make some tough decisions too…often times, you are stuck prosecuting a case you don't believe in because your boss tells you to…

Most pleasant moment- when I am volunteering at the shelter , those animals bring me so much joy and a feeling of making a difference.
Most grievous-I would say my mom dying in June and brother dying in August but you said being humiliated.
So, my husband and I paint houses for extra money. Ingredients :
Makes 12 slices
Preparation time: 2 1/2 hrs (for 2 pizzas of 30cm)
Ingredients :
1 1/4 cup warm water
1 packet yeast
3 1/2 cups plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pinch salt
Recipe :
Pour the warm water into a bowl, sprinkle the yeast on top and leave for 2 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and cover bowl. Put in a warm place for 5 or 6 minutes, until mixture becomes frothy.
Put flour and salt in a large bowl, make a well in the centre, then pour in the yeast. Add the rest of the water and the oil, then mix until all ingredients are combined.
Knead until springy and elastic.
Roll the dough into a ball and put in a greased bowl. Cover bowl with clingfilm and leave in a warm place for 2 hours, to rise.
Divide dough into two. Roll out each half onto a floured surface, until you have the desired thickness.
Make sure pizza base is the same thickness all over by pressing with the flat of your hand and mould it into shape.
Pinch up the edges, so the edge of your pizzas will be slightly raised.
Choose a topping (see other recipes) and cook in a moderately hot oven.
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 tbls. chopped jalapeno pepper
4 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbls. grated parmesan cheese
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbls. chopped cilantro, preferably fresh
Step by Step Procedure

Place pizza crust on a greased pizza pan or ungreased pizza stone.
Spoon tomatoes over pizza dough, leaving a 1/2" border.
Top with jalapenos, garlic and onion.
Sprinkle with cheeses and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in 500 degree oven for 10 to 14 min. until bottom of crust is golden brown.
Top with avocado, a dollop of sour cream and cilantro just before eating.
Serve extra sour cream on the side.

No. AIDS is the result of infection by a virus called HIV. The virus has to pass from the body fluids of someone already infected to someone else.
Mixing blood that doesn't already have HIV won't create the virus. However if someone has HIV in their blood and a small amount of their blood is able to enter your bloodstream, HIV can get into your body that way.
It's important to remember that not everyone who has HIV in their body knows they have it.
