I have no idea what you are asking, but it seems like you want to know why people who can hear sometimes act strangely around deaf people. To that, I say it is quite like when an English speaker attempts to speak to a non-English speaker who looks like they should be able to speak English, before realizing they cannot. It's instant embarassment, and quite confusing. You don't know exactly what to say at that point but, "sorry."

I prefer to buy books than to rent them out, and I use the internet to research things, so I very rarely go to the library. I can understand in America, but where I live there are some really nice churches. I am an atheist, but if I go to a town with a good church I will visit it. I go to church on Memorial Day and on Christmas, but I will only go to St. Bartholomew the Great, or The Tower of London Church. Any ‘religious institution’ you have to pay to get into is a cult.

hearing loss from stereo equipment occurs in the inner ear, the little hairs in the cochlea get damaged and eventually cannot detect sounds . Once this kind of hearing loss occurs it is usually permanent, the loss is often not noticed til later in life as the nerves begin to die. sorry to be the bearer f bad news but there are no " ear exercises " that return the lost hearing.

Exemptions are claimed on your tax return when you file it. Since you are single with no dependents, you only get one for yourself.
If you're asking about Form W-4 at your job, you claim withholding allowances, not exemptions. The number and type of dependents along with a number of other factors will affect the number of allowances that you should claim.
Normally for a single person claiming one allowance will result in a modest refund at filing time. You can claim 2 but there is the chance of a small debt at filing time though for most folks that will be less than $100.

I suggest you check out the Spycam Lizard software. It gives you access to the webcam remotely, but even more interesting is the motion detection feature; it can take snapshots if something moves in the room.
-Install the software
-Start the software, enable feature in the settings, this will enable remote-view. You can then use the smartphone to connect to your computer's IP to see the webcam.
-Setup the motion detection, it will save evidence in a folder. The program can also run hidden.
Here is a short article that describes all you need to know about sharing a webcam on the net:

You shouldn't have a problem passing the test.
Even if you were completely deaf in one ear, you could pass.
If you can hear the doctor speaking to you at 6 feet, with your back turned, using BOTH ears, you will pass.
This is the primary test for the FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate. (and 2&3 as well)
If you fail the test, you can elect to have an audiometric test done.
Here are the actual requirements:
"Demonstrate hearing of an average conversational voice in a quiet room, using both ears at 6 feet, with the back turned to the examiner OR pass one of the audiometric tests below :
Audiometric speech discrimination test: (Score at least 70% discrimination in one ear) or:
Pure tone audiometric test: Unaided, with thresholds no worse than:
500Hz 1,000Hz 2,000Hz 3,000Hz
Better Ear 35Db 30Db 30Db 40Db
Worst Ear 35Db 50Db 50Db 60Db"

Several decisions made today have far-reaching implications for every UK internet user. Telco quango Ofcom has effectively killed web-blocking reserve powers that were passed into law a year ago, by arguing that they probably won’t work. The government also announced today that it is endorsing all the proposals made in Ian Hargreaves “Google Review” into intellectual property – which recommends a number of copyright exemptions, and weakening rights for individual creators, such as amateur and professional photographers. Further details for the implementation of the Digital Economy Act have been disclosed. And to add to your reading indigestion, the government has outlined an international IP strategy and a new IP crime policy.…

A US federal court has backed the Obama administration in refusing to release pictures or video from military operation A federal judge has refused to order Barack Obama’s administration to release pictures and video of the US military operation that killed al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden in Pakistan almost a year ago. The government watchdog group, Judicial Watch, had requested that the defence department and Central Intelligence Agency release any pictures or video footage of the operation on 1 May 2011 that killed Bin Laden in Abbottabad, Pakistan. The defence department said it had no pictures or videos sought by the group and the CIA said it had 52 such records, but refused to release them. It cited exemptions to the US freedom of information act for classified materials and other reasons. Judicial Watch sued in federal court and the US district judge James Boasberg sided with the Obama administration. “A picture may be worth a thousand words,” wrote Boasberg. “Yet, in this case,…
