When we look at original digital hearing aids now, they seem as antiquated as an analogue aids would have done when digital first became available, but at the time they were groundbreaking.
Technology in the hearing profession has moved at an astonishing pace in the last five years or so.The biggest breakthrough for the hearing aid wearer is the open fit hearing aid. The first of these was the Resound Hearing Aid called the Contact Air. This comprised of a small pod behind the ear using size 10 hearing aid batteries, a very thin tube to carry the sound into the ear, where it connected to a soft dome, which fitted snugly in the ear canal. These were amazingly popular and successful, and were responsible for a revolution in hearing aid technology. The Delta was the first Oticon hearing aid to incorporate an open fit and the Savia Art and Audeo are some of the early open fit Phonak Hearing Aids. The Delta from Oticon (which has now been superceded by the Dual Mini) introduced RITE (receiver in the ear) technology, which removed the acoustic vagaries of thin tubing, as the tubing itself was replaced by a wire which carried the sound electronically to the speaker, which was housed underneath the soft rubbery dome.
But what makes open ear hearing aids so special?
There are several reasons why an open fitting hearing aid will always be preferable.

If you are interested in finding out more about open ear hearing aids, the first step is to contact your local hearing aid retailer. It is advisable to mention Phonak, Resound and Oticon hearing aids, as these are the market leaders in regards to technology.
Once you have ascertained that your retailer will deal with the above mentioned brands, the next step is to ask for a free hearing test and a possible demonstration of open ear hearing aids. When you have had your free hearing test, the hearing-aid audiologist will give you a demonstration of the hearing aids recommended and discuss hearing aid prices. You may also like to ask about the aftercare offered by the retailer, and the cost of hearing aid batteries. Some retailers offer free hearing aid batteries as part of their general aftercare package. This is a nice bonus!

Welll … That photo tells a story. Is the Gulf Coast totally coated with oil now? We’ve been hearing different stuff ….. Now I’m wondering how much of every beach and all the water is polluted with oil. If it is alllike that picture … I suspect it might not be .. But if it is even close to that .. We are in for a bog, big long messy cleanup – which we knee …. But I dontthink most of us have com to terms with what it means that allthe waters and beaches in Gulf are coveted with black oil sludge.

It could be many of several things. The preliminary hearing is just to determine whether the judge agrees that there is sufficient evidence to take the case to trial. Prior to the actually trial, there will likely be hearings on several pre-trial motions.
The lawyer will likely file a motion to dismiss, and I am guessing that is what the next hearing will address. The lawyer will probably also file motions to exclude evidence or testimony. He may file a motion to change venue to a more amiable jurisdiction. There are many pre-trial motions that a lawyer can file. Most of these will result in hearings. Some of the motions may be granted, and some may be denied.

I'm Italian; here when someone is in your situation, usually the firms look for an agreement, in order to close the matter with the hearing.
So this hearing should not last so long; and maybe you'll be entitled to compensation in a short time. It also depends on you and your requests.
But usually, I repeat, this conciliation hearing is the only thing you'll have to do to reach an agreement, so there won't be anything else after it

Hopefully you have Evidence of the porn and other issues you presented to your boss that caused the firing. But if you don't, make a time line of the upsetting incidents (include dates, times, incident details and who was involved) and do your best to write down an account of the conversation with your boss that ended with your firing.
I was fired for caring too much about an elderly client and this method worked for me. I received all unemployment benefits following the hearing and my"boss" was fired the following day.

If the case is not settled there will be a preliminary hearing. There is no jury at that hearing, just a judge. Son will be called as a witness and asked questions about what he saw. If the judge finds that there is sufficient evidence, then there will later be a trial. Again, if it is not settled, he will be called as a witness and asked questions about what he saw.
