Reditux and Rituxan are the same anti-CD20 molecule. Reditux is made in India, and is priced at about 1/2 the cost of Rituxan. It is available in India and some European countries, but not the US yet. I had never heard of it, but after searching Google, there are legitimate business reports about the company available. Seems legit, but as always buyer beware. It appears the company's marketing niche is to re-engineer biologic therapies (mostly monoclonal antibodies) and produce them at a cheaper price. They have also done this with Amgen's Neupogen, and call it Grafeel.

I think you will find that the US patent process is more expensive and complicated than you may have originally thought. If your invention is useful, you probably want a utility patent. See the following for basic info:

Since it is a difficult process you could find a attorney or agent to assist you. See: for a searchable listing.

Look into a provisional patent application. This is only an application and only lasts one year at which time you must file a non-provisional application in order to obtain protection. But, a provisional does not have formality requirements and has a low filing fee.

You really should get a patent attorney to assist you.

Ultimately, you don't need a patent to sell your product, only to prevent others from selling it.

No you can't because the U.S. banks are not licensed to do business in India. Let me make sure I explain this a little. As allot of international banks, that are also in the US are, they will go by the interest rates in India, and the loan will be from a subsidiary bank in India. Also banks in the US can't foreclose on property in another country. Don't miss understand me I know there are banks in LA that you can walk into and get a loan for a home in another country, if they do business in that country and at the rate that country will allow them to charge. And on the taxes you won't be able to claim it because the property is not in the US, and was not paid to a US bank. I have clients with property in Mexico and I do hold an international real estate license.

I just read a story from MIT about how there is a 3 year back log on patents. The government is planning on hiring 400 new patent attorneys to help, and probalby more later. So I would say that patent attorney is a great career to be going into at the moment.
