I too was worried about this as there was a 2 hour gap between the breakfast and the evening reception, I needn't of worried – The guests all chatted and had a drink together and also had photo's taken with us. Some people went home to get changed before the evening.
Don't worry and by the time your big day arrives you really won't take any notice of whats happening around you as you will be wrapped up in your new husband!

It's a known risk with implants, but if it's causing you problems then you should see your doctor. If your implant isn't inserted properly then he will be able to replace it. If it is inserted properly but it is causing you problems then he will be able to switch you to a different form of contraception. There is no point in putting up with a painful device.

The biggest reason for a cochlear implant is that it improves hearing. People who are hard of hearing, and some that can't hear anything, can have normal hearing after a cochlear implant. Children who get cochlear implants early in life may be able to develop normal speech development compared to deaf or hard of hearing children without implants.
In the Deaf community, being deaf is not usually considered a disability, or a problem. Some Deaf people are very proud. They dislike the idea of cochlear implants because it implies that they need to be fixed.
