Ashley, I think what you're referring to is a case of medical malpractice where a physician has deviated from the standard of care. This is a civil proceeding in the US where there are four matters that the plaintiff must prove by a preponderance of the evidence in order to secure a claim.
Evil is a deception of the church. It has no real base of fact in itself. Eg We slaughter animals for food (without providing them with true freedom). If we slaughtered an alternative genome of human for food we would be evil, yet 200 years ago we happily used them as slaves (under church guidance) and gave them no value as a human. If you study catholic church history you will get a good, if not confusing history. Until 1820 we were burning people as witches! Would you describe this as evil? Is it evil I just voted against everybody else! Ha HA HA.

As a clarinet player myself, to play it successfully one has to hear the tone well. Clarinets are very finicky and the slightest change can throw off your tone and you need to be able to hear it. Sometimes – depending on how much brass there is in the band – it can drown out clarinets – so she'll have trouble hearing herself play, I bet.
People in 1st world countries like their life style in a first world country and most want to keep it that way. People in 3rd world countries want to have a better life but don't have the $$ to get out of their situation.

Xing Yi is a nasty art in the sense that its been tryed in real combat. i.e marshal Fei yu. So even though its an internal art its also abit aggresive which is nice^_^

If you can hear the doctor speaking to you at 6 feet, with your back turned, using BOTH ears, you will pass.
This is the primary test for the FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate. (and 2&3 as well)
If you fail the test, you can elect to have an audiometric test done.
Here are the actual requirements:
"Demonstrate hearing of an average conversational voice in a quiet room, using both ears at 6 feet, with the back turned to the examiner OR pass one of the audiometric tests below :
